The People are kind, happy fun to be around. They know me on a personal level. They remember what I want and need in my glasses. They were already looking for a pair of glasses, just like the ones that I had last time before, I even before i sat down at the table to discuss what kind of glasses I wanted and they were correct.I did want exactly a identical pair I won't go anywhere else ever again. Customer Service
I had to wait an hour for them to tell me my glasses would not be ready today. They knew from the get it was not going to be ready that day. Did not understand that. I was heated.

Experience was okay,but yeah add one detail on system that frames with different labels means different prices so it would be easy for them to think about total price before choosing frame.Also i was surprised that they charge for picture of eye dryness,infact it a part of checkup,it is not done by patient choice.So they should charge extra,moreover please add more good variety of frames

Christopher Eakins, Branch manager was exceptional helping me out. I was visiting California from Texas, and my glasses were shattered being ran over, and I needed new frames and lenses. Due to the strength of my prescription, I cannot function w/out glasses, and I was more than worried. He took care of me assuring me we could get new glasses and frames w my prescription, same day. The process was seamless, perfect customer service, and what started out as an emergency quickly became a nonissue. The total cost was hundreds less than I expected being same day turnaround, so a big thanks to Stanton Optical for a great business model. I told everyone that lived in Sacremento to use Stanton.
