My experience was good but I wish they told me that Medicare insurance would of made the price cheaper
My experience was great, but they did not tell me that I could use my medical insurance like mid care and they charged me overpriced

The frame and lenses they gave to my mom are expensive. I paid $362 which I think they’ve over priced me. Not a branded frame. Considering my mom has a medi-cal insurance. Even the one who assisted us taking my mom eye exam seems not an optometrist to me but a store assistant only.

Cody is awesome, I came in there this morning very irritated because my glasses were made incorrectly. Cody had a very calm energy, which eased my energy a lot. He listened to my concerns and resolved the situation immediately. He really is a valuable employee.

The CSR DJ sold me on contacts but i…
The CSR DJ sold me on contacts but i told him my concern about being suitable for them as he reasssured me he didnt see a problem with my eye prescription but that wasn't the case as i suspected... My exam was for glasses and contacts, but the contacts did not work out for my prescription so i asked for a refund for that portion and Cody honored it so i was very happy with the outcome. The downside of the whole thing was i have to wait for a check in the mail taking about 14 days because i paid in cash. But, still happy for getting my money refunded.
