I had the bacon, sausage and egg wrap. This is the worst wrap I have ever had. Beyond bland was like eating a ball of dough. 👎

Worst bakery ever 5 dlls for a chocolate crossaint that has a little bit chocolate and between the big gaps nothing, very cheap and artificial crossaint, this is steling from us , never ever I will be back to Starbucks

As a long time customer I am disappointed I should have posted this last year but medical issues I didn’t get a chance to .

My fav drink has been the honey citrus mint tea since it came out
Which was 1 tea bag of jade citrus mint
And 1 tea bag of peach tranquility tea

I noticed they stopped adding peach tranquility teato the drink and give you 2 jade citrus mint instead .
I didn’t know where to complain As I did not like the change - the taste is FLAT my drink today was very bland - I couldn’t even taste the honey-
This was my go to drink each fall and winter as I do not like coffee during the winter season
You should have found a replacement for this as there are those of us who love that tea mixture of both teas you get 1 star for these changes and I will stop buying my winter beverages at Starbucks- as it doesn’t make sense to drink a summer drink in the winter .

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered during the hiring process. I applied for a supervisor position at one of your locations, and while I was excited about the opportunity, I have now experienced two interview cancellations due to the interviewer having a family emergency.

While I understand that personal emergencies can happen, the repeated rescheduling has caused some frustration, as I have made arrangements on both occasions to attend these interviews. I respect the circumstances but feel that having a backup interviewer or a more reliable scheduling process would improve the candidate experience.

I remain interested in the position and appreciate your consideration in ensuring a smoother hiring process for future applicants.

Way to long of a wait if you come in.
Didn't even look at me or acknowledge me in any way. I guess you guys would prefer us to drive through that seems to get the most attention.

I went in to get a latte this morning and was given steamed milk. All because the barista doesn’t like certain customers and thus refuses to make the drink properly. I paid almost 10 bucks for a Venti steamed milk instead of the Latte I ordered. Maybe need to hire mature people that can serve all customers equally and not pick and choose. The location was Starbucks on West St in Brantford.

Got the wrong order from drivethru. Realized it after 10 min, had to turn around to get my official order. They didnt apologize, nor did they offer a free one. Bad customer service, disappointed.

I didn't get my point besides scanning.
Also wrote about it on HM host ,got some reply but when ask about point no one reply at all.
Not happy with services.

I have recently started drinking double Espresso for the Caffeine kick in minimum volume. My usual has sadly, been Tim's because it's very close by. A pretty low bar to set. Today I thought I'd try an upgrade because Tim's is bottom of the barrel so I tried a Starbucks in our local Safeway. My comments are for the quality of the Espresso not the baristas and customer service. I had a double shot of Blonde Espresso, not the the decaf one, and I didn't find any difference between Starbucks and Tim's except the price was $1 more. Tim's had crema and Starbucks didn't have any. It was served in a regular size coffee cup, I don't know if Starbuck's does the Espresso size cup, but it just felt sloppy.

When I asked her about it, she was rude and try to keep out her own badge.

I just ordered a bacon, some sort of cheese on brioche and a slice of banana loaf. I’m a regular Starbucks customer but this location in the Delta Hotel is brutal. The bacon was mostly fat and had the texture of melted plastic. The cheese was more like warm playdough and all I could eat was the bun which was mediocre at best. Unfortunately the banana loaf wasn’t much better and felt stale even after the person warmed it. I should also mention I told him not to heat it. I’m normally not fussy but this was a very poor experience and I’m pretty sure that with the prices and this poor quality I’m done with Starbucks now.

What’s the point of customizing your order when your so-called barista doesn’t even read nor follow order instructions. Ever since the store opened in Humber River Hospital, I always get furious upon collecting my order. I paid for Venti but once I hold my cup and open it, it’s the amount of Grande or probably even less coz of the amount of froth that you specifically told NO FOAM. You asked to make it Warm but it will gives you Steaming Hot.

I am absolutely disgusted by starbucks. For the past year I've be buying an iced chai twice a week. Yesterday, I went into a location with my sister and noticed that mine cost more. I was told that they charge an extra $.80 for lactose free milk!!! There's no signs and nobody has ever told me. They're not making enough profit from 3 squirts of syrup???! Absolutely disgusting and I will never buy Starbucks again. They should be ashamed

You would get a five star rating but…..

In your cheddar and uncured salami pack the cheese is odd because the orange cheese is thicker then the white cheese and the crackers are rectangles plus there is one Lonely Salami that is left out after you make 4 sandwiches - like why? what did it do to you!!!
Also Starbucks why that name star, bucks add a space!!!
And sell gummy bears they’re the best or nerds as a drink it would be good.

When you make a nerd and gummy bear drink I’ll bump it up to 5 stars.

How many braincells does it take to prepare a coffee properly. I don’t get the difficulty in preparing coffee. Just ordered it. One was hot, the other cold. Same location. One type of coffee.

I quit buying anything at Starbucks over three years ago when the Starbucks manager tried to have me arrested for lighting up a cigarette outdoors. The cop let me go, but was pissed off at Starbucks for requesting a police arrest of someone who lighted up a cigarette. Starbucks sucks as much as a fascist, authoritarian government entity. I will never shop there again and I hope they go bankrupt.

I'm really disappointed in Starbucks recent decision to stop selling simple tea. In order to purchase a tea bag and hot water I have to order a twice-the-price specialty drink minus all the special stuff. This is simply corporate greed and lacks all the community spirit Starbucks proclaims. Come on, Starbucks. Be reasonable.

Too much ice, 1/3 of the cup was water when the ice melted. I did not pay for ice.

Purchased a gift card on line Nov 3 on my credit card. Starbucks uses a third party for these gift cards. It was not posted that day so the bank charged me $5.00 extra since it was treated as a cash advance. I will never purchase another
