Got a violet coffee.
More than 80% were ice cubes then coffee taste.
Such a poor brand service
Just felt like paid for only ice cubes....
I would like to mention location here #6620 finch avenue west unit 13.
And timing was around 1:38 PM

I really enjoy their customer service, especially during the pandemic since it is very easy to get short with people!

As a healthcare worker I wanted to thank you for providing us with free coffee.

Overpriced, but the great handcrafted drinks are worth it. Please bring back the cloud macchiatos back to Canadian locations.

If you are offering healthy options like egg bites and non dairy lattes and drinks what is the point of using almond milk that has fillers and therefore carbohydrates.. PLEASE offer plain old unsweetened Almond Milk. I don't need my calories or carbs in my coffee.
I'm sure anyone on Keto would also appreciate this.

Stellar staff and service.

I have been a gold card member since 2011 (and enjoying Starbucks long before that) but I have never had such kind and accommodative service. The staff here make you feel like old neighbourhood friends. I have found that every other Starbucks location in Vaughan and Barrie, though polite, just can’t compare. Im always greeted by name when I pick up an online order and recommendations/suggestions are always offered to improve my experience. The intimate and personal service you’ll receive rivals that of an old mom + pop coffee house.

Hi, I was unaware that Starbucks changed the time on which you may obtain your birthday drink to just on the day of your birthday. Why is this? Why did they change it. First Starbucks changes the stars rewards to put more money in their corporate-greed pocket. Now this? I have been going to Starbucks for many years. The only reason I go is because of the customer service. But now, it seems their is no customer service. And in my area their are tons of great expresso bars. So, that is that.

It really depends on the location. Some locations are really good and relax, but some locations (i.e. financial district) turn out to be a head-hunting offices.

Amazing place to relax and get some stuff done, but the one near Bloor/Spadina is way too crowded all the time! Please open a new location!

USA Starbucks compromised my Canadian credit card. Called stbx Canada to advise. The customer service attitude. Too bad so sad. Not on your account. But charged to my card. Big inconvenience. Card now cancelled. That charge will be declined. All they had to do is check process number. Reverse my card. Close their loose end. Noooo. Too much trouble. So. Too bad. So sad. I'm done with them

Good Quality of coffee and lattes has always been maintained .. and lot of options

Starbucks has the amazing service one day I was so hot and thirsty I was walking for and then they have free water or some mix it with some sugar cinnamon and also what was that it was so delicious but it was free

Love the coffee just wish the service was a bit faster. One barista can't make 10 different drinks at a time and anytime theres more than 5 people in line I know I'm going to have to spend 10-15 minutes waiting for my drink.

It is a nice place with cozy environment and great taste coffee. I usually come here to spend my mornings with a cup of coffee and a sandwich. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they always ask me how am I doing. That is nice. The coffee price is alright I guess. For me it is not too expensive.

A rather nice outlet that seems like a it's a fairly well run Starbucks. Service was good and quick. Finding seating pleasantly wasn't a problem.

Overpriced too.

Every Starbucks stand-alone store is great and consistent. However, I've had numerous problems with their locations in grocery stores, airports, etc. I wish corporate would address this problem.

I like starbucks because they are consistent and welcoming in every store.

Always enjoyed the coffee here and always have a nice time chatting with the super friendly staff.
