Ordered $7 drink, all whip when asked for little whip cream only, theserver didn’t put lid on, drink spilled, they wipes the side of cup and walked away. ACustomera, save your money and buy at a location that create the drink properly, I almost told the barista to start preparing my beverage l as she kneeled down behind the counter to take a sip of her personal drink before preparing mine. By the way I was the one customer being served at the time. I guess you get what you pay for in staff nowadays.
Won’t but this drink here again inconsistently prepared. $7 for whip cream, come on do better.

Very disappointed at the upcoming changes to Starbucks Points where more Points will be required for redeeming drinks/items while number of points would Not be increased on purchases. Prices are already ridiculously high for items. I have been a customer for ages and would now be going to other coffee houses instead.

Do not support this non customer service company!!!

Starbucks Canada really sucks in terms of handling customer complaints. They don’t handle them at all. They don’t respond to phone calls, they don’t respond to a call back, they don’t value you as a customer.

I was at the Starbucks store at 1156 Kennedy Road on August 15, 2022. After getting my coffee, I sat on the patio. Before leaving, I entered the store to go to the washroom. When I was approximately 2 ft away from the entrance to the washroom, the only male staff at the store at that time, called out to me saying that "the store is closed". I replied that I just wanted to use the washroom. He responded saying "no sir, the store closes at 10 p.m.", to which I asked, "I can't even use the washroom?". He replied again, saying "no sir". I looked at the time and it was exactly 10:02 p.m. Please note the following. Until very recently, this store used to be open until 10:30 p.m. Additionally, I was only 2 ft away from the washroom and considering the fact that it was 10:02 p.m. after we finished the conversation, it must have been barely one minute after 10:00 p.m. when he prevented me from going to the washroom. This incident borders on an absolute lack of fundamental human decency.

I go to the Starbucks on Queen st in Brampton, and the food and drinks are always delicious and great quality. I usually buy the caramel macchiato and sometimes a desert. One of the only downsides is that it's located in the centre of downtown, so it's constantly busy and it can sometimes take forever for them to take your order.

Shame on you Starbucks for gouging customers and relying on people not to do the math! Starbucks has now increased the cost of adding soy milk by 60%. It looks small, a jump from .50 to .80 but when does everyone get away with jacking something by 60%. One litre of soy milk cost less than $3. You gonna tell me that a few TABLESPOONS costs almost $1 to add? I don't think so.

Had great service one in metrotown in burnaby location! Friendly staff even gave me extra drink!

Went to the Starbucks on 4th ave. in St.Catharines Ont.
Friday Nov. 19. The server Tara, who happens to be the manager was rude and ignorant to me. I have gone there a few times always the same bad service and ignorant servers. Will not return and will find another place.

Do you need a functioning brain to work at Starbucks? Is non-fat milk and 1/2 sweet beyond the ability of a 4th grader? After she made it wrong she was remaking it again wrong and I I had to tell her my order again like it wasn't on the cup? They are expensive coffees they could at least make them properly.

The Starbucks at Scarborough Town Center (2nd floor) cheats customers who order the green tea frappuccino. If you ask for 8 scoops of green tea matcha, the cashier will accept your request like they're supposed to but they do not fulfill your request when making it. I always order the same drink from many other Starbucks locations and the end result is a dark green colour frappuccino. The ones I've ordered from STC is very light green colour (most likely only 3 scoops) and tasteless even though the label on the cup shows 8 scoops of matcha. After the 2nd attempt I've decided never to buy from this location anymore.

I can’t even go through the drive-through in Oshawa (Taunton Rd and Wilson Rd) location, without waiting at LEAST 25 mins!!! It’s a drive-through there’s no reason why it should take that long!! Yes I understand it’s busy, but why?.. because of the call ahead pick up orders! They take up a lot of time!.. otherwise I don’t know why else it takes almost half an hour to get something at a drive-through!

Average experience, coffee tastes good.

Nice staff but no effort made to restrict the number of customers inside despite clear signage. This was at 29th and Lonsdale in North Vancouver.

I stopped in for coffee at the Starbucks location in Ladner BC. I patiently waited in line once I got to the till the server disappeared. However someone showed up at another tool that was not previously occupied. They proceeded to help the customers. After the first customer was helped I stated that I was standing there waiting to be served. They said someone would be there to help me shortly and proceeded to keep helping previous customers that had come after myself.After still receiving no representative I left.I cannot even say I am disappointed with the service. That’s why I had no service. I have been a long-standing gold member with Starbucks since 2010. First bad experience. But I will not go back to that store again.

Terrible customer service! They don't answer emails or Facebook messages and are absolutely no help when you call their customer service line....I cannot believe an organization of their size would just up and leave 1000's of customers with coffee machines that the can no longer purchase pods for! Such a waste and even worse yet they will not take the machines back or credit customers in any way. I am beyond angered about this!

Pumpkin spice lattes are everything... my local in Vancouvers west end always makes the best. No matter what people say, I'm always a fan.
