Good but not great
The start up process was pretty good and their customer service is great. I think most of the issues I've had has been on the Clover side and not Slice but trying to get fixes have been an issue. Also follow up on issues is pretty bad if I dont keep calling them about it. Overall pretty good but definitely room for improvement.

Brett is awesome!! Very attentive, never have to wait for ANYTHING. He will stop in just to check on things. What a great cause! We love our Vets. Would highly recommend them .

I had a terrible experience with Slice…
I had a terrible experience with Slice POS system. They are completely dishonest and non transparent from the start — which is to sa. They keep adding new fees every month after telling a set fee without warning or explanation, and they lie to by signing you on a 4 year contracts. It’s clear they are more interested in making money off their customers than providing a reliable service.
I strongly recommend everyone to go directly to Clover instead. Slice POS is a third-party scam from the beginning. Protect your business and avoid wasting your time and money on this fake scam. Stay away at all costs.

I am now paying 40% of what I had been paying my previous credit processing company. Service is better...they gave me the equipment and even paper. Tech called for setup at agreed upon time and was great. Was nervous about changing but this has just been a great experience.

I had an absolutely terrible experience…
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Slice POS system. The agent named Andrew lied to me right from the start. He assured me there was no contract and that I could cancel at any time. I specifically asked him to send the confirmation via email, which he did. Believing I was signing up for a simple, month-to-month plan, I agreed and paid $89 a month.
Months later, I discovered that Andrew had signed me up for a 4-year lease without my knowledge or approval. To make matters worse, the price I originally signed up for doubled, and they keep adding new fees every month. It’s an ongoing scam.
The worst part? Every time a customer disputes a charge and issues a chargeback—even with video evidence of proof of purchase—they charge me a $25 fee. This is outrageous and completely unfair.
Slice POS is the worst POS system I’ve ever used. They are not transparent, they lie to their customers, and they do not care about your business. Save yourself the headache—go directly to Clover or another reputable provider. Avoid Slice POS at all costs. They are untrustworthy and will only cause you trouble.
