Stayed at Wilde by Staycity for a weekend trip and honestly, I was super impressed. The location is perfect — right near Liverpool Street Station, so getting around London was a breeze.
The room was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed — a comfy bed, great shower, even a little kitchenette which was a nice surprise. It’s clear they’ve put thought into the details — things like proper blackout curtains, plenty of plug sockets, and really cozy lighting.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you’ve been traveling all day. I also loved the vibe of the place — stylish without trying too hard.
Only minor downside: the room’s not massive, but it’s London, so that’s expected. Everything else made up for it.
Would 100% stay again. Perfect mix of comfort, location, and value. 👏

Staycity Dalston, LONDON

Don’t bother with their B/fast Bag !
1. Their B/fast Bag is expensive and the contents is insufficient to feed a sparrow!
I also experienced INITIAL problems when I complained about the B/fast menu etc.
Please don’t expect a cheap full English Breakfast – even a small one.

2. If you scan the QR code in the room – the reply comes from AI. Hopeless!
The only way to contact the reception desk is to use +44 7562617592 (UK 07562617592)

3. The room was clean. It’s a very low bed – almost on the floor. There should be additional information about using the stove/cooker – especially for safety reasons. Scanning the QR code produced no result.

4. I talked to the friendly person on the reception desk about the above issues - which might now have been referred to the manager, however I suspect that the practical suggestions given - will not be followed up.

Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und hat auch gut deutsch gekonnt im Gegensatz zu der im Hotel Moxy. Standort war Frankfurt. Auch der Preis war sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und war auch ordentlich und sauber. Auch das Frühstück war im Preis drinnen.

Friendly and professional staff. Apartment type room which was fine with decent air-con and comfortable bed.

A little out of town but only 10 minute walk to New Street.

The staff at Staycity City Centre Dublin are incredibly friendly and kind, which made my stay pleasant in that regard.

A big downside was that the room had no window that could be opened. I really missed having fresh air from outside. Additionally, there was a constant humming or buzzing noise—kind of like a zoom sound—that was quite stressful to hear throughout my stay. I reported this issue multiple times via the hotel chat, and they directed me to a control panel to try and fix it, but unfortunately the noise sometimes stopped and started again very soon. I think it's terrible to hear this all the time.

We stayed in the Dublin Castle Staycity . Could not fault anything, lovely apartment clean and spacious, and great shower. And a few treats to welcome us 🥰 We were on the 4th floor which was so quiet and peaceful.
Lovely staff really helpful all in all we enjoyed our brief visit. We will be back

I recently stayed at Staycity apartments in Birmingham. Very happy with the apartment. We’re able to check in early, apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. No issues at all.

I stayed in Staycity Birmingham on the 8th/ 9th March '25. Booked parking with my stay as advertised by the Hotel. Two weeks after my stay I received a parking ticket. £90 all in. To start with the hotel said they would deal with it. As it stands they have now washed their hands of it as its a private parking company. Its basically a scam. Don't bother with this lot plenty of other hotels in Birmingham that you will much better customer services and some after care!

Staff and location at the staycity liverpool were tremendous .

Rooms are ok but freezing cold showers along with people slamming doors all night. Far from ideal.

Very reasonable price we stayed in apartment for four, my daughter, grandchildren and me. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen even coffee machine with pods. We were in Duke Street Liverpool very central we were close to Albert Dock for the River of Lights and could walk everywhere. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

The shower soap dock is difficult to use

I reserved a two-night stay at the Staycity Aparthotels Dublin Castle. Due to mechanical issues, my flight to Dublin was cancelled while I was enroute. I had to be rerouted, which delayed my arrival to Dublin by one day. I made sure that I would have a room when I finally got there. The cancellation deadline was a few days before my scheduled arrival date, so there was no way I could've made changes to my reservation by the time my flight was cancelled. I was able to stay one night at this location. However, Staycity refuses to issue a refund for the night I could not stay there although I was stuck in the U.S. through no fault of my own. This is a large company with many properties generating a lot of revenue. Despite reaching out to their customer service, they are unwilling to offer any type of refund or credit, which is beyond disappointing and lacking in courteousness and goodwill. There are a lot of other hotels to choose from. Pick one of them over this brand.

Staycity aparthotels in dublin city center is an absolute disgrace. We booked our hotel room for 3 people around may of 2024 and although I have to admit the exterior and the lounge was well kept and clean, I cannot say the same about the room I was staying in. I have booked a room with a pull out bed and the extra pillows and blankets for it had some sort of brownish red stains on it that I have refused to touch. However, that is not all. The hotel have also double booked our room. We have payed online for our room and we were also charged coming in the door, not to mention 2 grown men walked into our room as well. anything could've happened to us and that you be the hotel's fault. The hotel has also refused to give us our money back for the room that they have double charged us for. Never going back ever again.

STAYCITY BIRMINGHAM:
Booked this hotel a night before my concert after changing my mind about my original booked place and I’m so glad I did. I had the best stay. Upon arrival staff were friendly and even gave us ice lollies because it was so hot outside.
The room was very large and spotless. Everything was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed so we could save money on food. A quick walk to the arena so ideal for the concert goers. I’m so happy I decided to stay here very last minute and with the 10% discount I had too for joining as a free member, it was very affordable. Will definitely be staying here again.

Worst experience ever. Unfriendly staff, no sympathy. Bad quality. Horrible customer service

I worked here for 1 month and hated it. It was enough to grab my things and run away.
the supervisor is a bitter, sour person and humiliates employees with her arrogance.
the work is hard, and cleaning products are terrible for your health and hands.
the rooms are huge and they want you to do them in a few minutes.
the trolley is heavy, and your back hurts a lot.
There are no friends, everyone is enemies there is an absurd dispute. a toxic environment

We've had a wonderful experience. The kitchenette is well stocked with what you need, we visited a local supermarket to buy food.
The bed could be comfier, but it was fine.
Clean and tidy accommodation and friendly staff.

I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Staycity Bordeaux Centre during a medical emergency with our son, this meant we had to stay in Bordeaux for 3 extra weeks while he was hospitalised. The team there were extremely supportive and helpful and made us feel really cared for at an a very distressing time.

Nice welcome on arrival,room was not ready on check in but was able to leave our bags and familiarise ourselves with the area. We came back and checked in. Room was clean and well presented had all equipment to prepare a meal. Bathroom had a broken towel rail we let them know but we were only there for a two night stay was not fixed while we were there this did not impact on our stay. Very close to Paddington Station and the start of little Venice. Would definitely stay there again.
