You have just cancelled our stay with 3 weeks notice and no reason way. This stay was for my Birthday and to visit the Christmas market. Confirmation number 2250941633. You are an absolute disgrace and I warn anyone not to bother even looking at your accommodation. DISGRACEFUL.

Bookedfor 1 night to go to see "Roxy Music" in concert. Spotlessly clean. modern, lovely decor.
Staff welcome was great..we stayed Room 803 and were given an upgrade by lovely and friendly Chloe. Room was fantastic and the view from bedroom an unexpected bonus! The bar area was also a great space for guests.
Credit to guy on Security and Lady with a Guest list when we arrived back late at hotel as it proved that guest stays were safe and paramount plus they also both friendly and keen to show great customer service.
I will be back in Half term as so impressed!

Staycity Mark street Dublin
The backend of the hotel is right next to a railway line and until midnight they are trains running.
The front end is located next to tenement flats and the neighbours are always peeking into people's business.
The plumbing system and drainage system has serious issues even if it opened in November 2021
If you take a shower expect a lake of water in the bathroom
The Aircon can't be controlled from your room
The heating works 1 day yes 1 day no
There are tons of litter in front of the hotel entrance
There are sigarette stubs everywhere in the backyard on your way to the gym
The gym is suitable for 1 person at a time .
The back gate never works
The staff can barely understand English and before making a decision they consult management and make you wait hours.
They clean the rooms once per week
The breakfast is made from frozen produce ( the so called loaf of bread was frozen in the middle) and it costs almost 10 euros
There is no parking it costs about 10 per day and you have to walk there and back even when they have ample parking space in the back but they use that only for one car the general manager's
The fridges are temperamental.
One day your food is frozen ,one day defrosted.
Not a good place at all and very very expensive.

I am staying in Staycity Hotel (Heathrow StayCity next to hayes & Harlington station) in room no 207 ( 12 to 15th Sep) but the service is very pathetic. Check-in time is 3 PM and I was chasing from 2 PM but their reception staff is saying ..wait 5mins because your room is getting clean/read and I had to wait since 4 PM to get the room key..It was very pathetic.
After 3 days I have another booking in the same hotel with a bigger room. I am chasing it since morning( 15th Sep) for the bigger room and they are saying it will be ready by 1 PM ..when is reached at reception for the Key they are saying that another guest is still there and we have no idea when they will come and will clean the room and give you the Key...

I want to give a Zero rating to this hotel but there is no option.

We stayed in Edinburgh westend staycity apartment and we find it very good.
The entire stay was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and they went above and beyond. The apartment it self was spacious and clean. Our daughter has dust allergy and all the hotels we stayed before made her sick. But here she was very comfortable because the rooms were well cleaned and the bed sheets were so tidy. I want to give more stars than this. Can't thank enough.

The place was great, and comfortable to stay at. Shabnam was great help to me when checking in. Great and wonderful service. Really pleased with my stay overall.

Staycity York was overpriced and impossible to sleep. It had a very student(y) feel to it, the bed was too small, my feet hung off the end, the mattress was hard and lumpy and it was impossible to sleep because of all the noise from all the other guests. It claims to be soundproof but I think the wall were made out of paper. Checked in online but had to wait at reception for over half an hour whilst the grumpy receptionist figured out which buttons to press.

In mid-March my gf and I booked two nights in a Staycity apartment in the Centre Vieux-Port in Marseille. But the weather turned terrible, with gales, torrential rain and reports of floods. We were forced to cancel. They offered us a voucher for the full cost - 180 Euro - which we accepted. We've just tried to rebook for late May, only to be told that the cost has DOUBLED - to 360 Euro! This seems greedy and wholly unjustified.

We spent 2 nights at the Dublin StayCity on Mark Street. The staff we helpful and nice. The room was clean and modern with all the amenities we wished. It was surprisingly peaceful considering it was a few blocks from Temple Bar. We definitely would stay there again.

We arrived at the hotel Staycity, Norther Quarter, Manchester to be told it was overbooked and they had no room for us. We were offered no alternative and left stranded in Manchester. The hotel blamed lastminute.com, however the booking was made and confirmed with the hotel weeks in advance. Very poor service!

Amazing stay with Family

A beautiful contemporary apartment. Perfect for families especially with toddlers.
Stayed at Birmingham Staycity it was clean and beautiful.
The hotels and apartments were sanitised daily and kept up to date.

Only downfall is the parking. We did not get a spot at the hotels parking lot so had to park at a NCP Nearby (5minutes walk) which wasnt too bad apart from the security team (LLoyds) were rude and had no customer service skills.

Overall- We would definitely stay again in the future if visiting Birmingham

Terrible, terrible, terrible.
We are due to stay at Stay City in a few weeks but due to the ongoing GLOBAL pandemic, our flights to Dublin have been cancelled. Alongside this, the government has advised against all but essential travel meaning that regardless of having no flights, we wouldn’t be able to visit even if we wanted to!
As this is an ongoing situation, we have no idea when we would be able to rebook.
After contacting them directly and explaining the situation I simply got the answer of no refund, change the date, otherwise lose 100% of the money you have paid.
I completely understand that businesses are struggling at the minute but even they have to understand that individuals are struggling too, with job loses and financial worries that they can’t afford to be losing 100% of the price paid for a trip that can’t even happen!
The customer service has been completely shocking and there is a complete lack of compassion shown. Surely during struggling times, you want your customer service to be second to none, ensuring that you have customers willing to use you again....companies acting in this horrible manner, won’t survive this and it’s quite clear why.

I have stayed at Staycity Aparthotel in York before Covid-19 a couple of times. I picked up this place as it is close to my temporary workplace.

This feedback is to warn others of BAME communities so that they won't have to face the discriminatory treatment from the staff of this aparthotel. During my stays, I used to video call my family every day at about 7:30 pm. One evening, a staff member knocked on my door during my video call and said the woman staying in the adjoining room has complained I am too noisy. I was very surprised as I was having a casual conversation with my kids and wife behind closed doors. I asked the staff member if he thought I was too loud. (The aparthotel has a quiet time policy after 10 pm)He said he didn't think so but the next door customer who complained is a 'special customer'. I raised the issue with the hotel's manager who also mentioned that the woman was a 'special customer'. I left the aparthotel the same night as I didn't want to pay and stay in a place that discriminates their customers. Especially if I can't talk to my family inside my room.

I used to book a particular room in this aparthotel every week for a few weeks. I was told a few times that the room I booked was not available as another customer wanted to extend his/her stay before my arrival. I found this policy weird. If the room is reserved in my name, how can someone else book the room after me? It seems they saw me as a second class customer and treated some of their customers as special.

I would never stay in this aparthotel chain ever again to be treated unfairly. I would not recommend the place to anyone from the BAME community unless they don't mind being discriminated on their ethnicity/skin colour.

My dad dropped me off as I was staying in Manchester City centre for a function the following day. My dad literally dropped me and my overnight bag off outside the door. A week later he was sent a PCN charge for £60 for "stopping". What the hell was I supposed to do, jump out of the car whilst it was still driving? I was fuming. I won't stay there again on principle.
