It is unfair to be stuck in a situation like this. Signing something that wasn’t properly explained, only to have customer service dismiss your concerns, is unacceptable. This experience leaves you feeling unheard and trapped. We urge others to be cautious and avoid going through the same challenges with this company.
I was invited to do sales consulting at…
I was invited to do sales consulting at sapphire by an employee. The front of the operation looks somewhat professional. I noticed there was a back room of only black people wearing primarily red clothing, basketball shorts, and even pajamas. One of their employees was reprimanded by HR for stalking me on 5 occasions verified by video CCTV.
A friend of that employee called the police claiming that I was waiving a gun around. I was arrested, a thorough investigation took place, all charges were dropped and the case was dismissed.
I later did some digging and found out the ownership is friends with a freemason group I have won multiple criminal and settlement cases against which targeted me over a commodity I have equity in.
No this is a trash company putting on a professional front as they are involved in things well outside of timeshare.

This company just doesn't care about its customers or doing the right thing. Don't fall for it. Sapphire Resorts will take your money, lie to your face, and then act like it's your fault for not being able to deal with the mess they created.
Sapphire Resorts has been a total nightmare. Don't get involved with this company. We've been trying to solve a ton of problems with them, but they've been impossible to work with. They've even had the nerve to say that I'm the one who's refusing their help! The "help" they offer is completely useless. We've told them over and over about the lies multiple employees told us when we signed up. We've given them all the details numerous times, but they just don't care. They won't listen, they won't own up to their employees' dishonesty, and they won't even try to fix the real problem.
Their best suggestions are a joke. They ask, "Why don't you just use your timeshare?" Well, we can't—that's the whole point. The very reasons we can't use it are the reasons we're so upset. Their other idea is for us to sell it. We're not doing that for two reasons. First, this thing is worthless. Second, we're not going to lie to someone else just so they can sue us later for the exact same deceptions Sapphire is guilty of.
Blue sapphire are the worst company
We were approached in Vegas on August 2025. They tried to sell us on the idea of this program by offering promos like 200 dollars towards plays at the casino....said we could asy no and that would be it. The sale rep kept pushing us to buy this time share. We kept telling him we couldn't afford it. After recovering the gifts. The 200 dollars was at a slot machine that u couldn't win actual money on. It was only the promo slot machines total scam just to get you to buy...

We want to share our experience with Sapphire Resorts to warn others about the lack of service and support we’ve received since purchasing a timeshare membership. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but negative, and we feel completely let down by the company.
Since buying the timeshare, my family and I haven’t been able to use it as promised. We were led to believe it would be a great opportunity for family vacations, but that hasn’t been the case at all.
On top of that, we attended two meetings to upgrade our membership for more points, but when we politely declined, the representatives became rude, nasty, and unprofessional. It was an upsetting and alarming experience that made us lose even more trust in the company.
We’ve tried countless times to speak to someone about our concerns, but no one has been able to help. Now, we’re stuck with a timeshare that doesn’t meet our needs, and we just want out of it.
This is not a company we would recommend doing business with. We hope they will take this timeshare back and put an end to this frustrating experience8

Absolutely A total nightmare everything that they offered us was just to get us to sign the paper and they offered to give us time to think about it and the only one I X amount of dollars down so we did that then we come to find out they didn't honor the trips the $100 dining credit was for $2 here $4 there these people are like the used car salesman of timeshares I wouldn't recommend anybody doing this the process was approximately 4 months to get back my initial investment with my bank it was just ridiculous you call one office then they transfer you to Las Vegas and people in Las Vegas don't know the people in Orlando the people in Orlando says have the person in Orlando Works in Las Vegas don't even waste your time just spend the money and book it yourself straight garbage I wouldn't to recommend this for anybody

We feel we were coerced into signing a contract we did not want. We were held for approximately 6 hours until we signed the contract. We are extremely disappointed with the timeshare company. They made promises that were never fulfilled, and their dismissive responses to our complaints have been frustrating. We’ve spent over $12,000 with nothing to show for it, and they continue to demand more money to fix what should have worked from the start. Their refusal to cancel our membership or provide a refund feels unethical. All we want is to end this membership and move on. This has been an awful experience. Hope the right person muldn accts on our request.
If you’re considering getting involved…
If you’re considering getting involved with this timeshare company, don’t. Our experience has been nothing but a nightmare since the beginning. They’ve added late fees to our account that we absolutely did not earn, requiring constant follow-ups and arguments to address the inaccuracies. It’s exhausting.
On top of that, using the membership has been an uphill battle. The process is overly complicated, and most of the time, we can’t even book what we want or need. It feels like a complete waste of time and money.
To make matters worse, they absolutely refuse to let us out of the contract, no matter how many issues we’ve had or how little value we’re getting from this. It’s incredibly frustrating being stuck in something that you were sold as a “great opportunity” but has turned out to be nothing but trouble.
Save yourself the hassle and financial loss. Avoid this company at all costs.
It's not worth it
From the start, this timeshare has been riddled with false claims and hidden costs. We were never informed that the yearly dues could change and that these fees wouldn’t apply to our overall lease, all while we were already making monthly payments. Additionally, we were promised a trip to Hawaii with the purchase of our timeshare. Even though we completed all the necessary requirements, we were told that our paperwork had been lost. Consequently, we never received the trip.
The financial losses stemming from this timeshare are staggering. Not only have we wasted thousands of dollars on something that doesn’t deliver as promised, but we also discovered that even using the timeshare requires additional payments. We’ve never been able to use it. Worse yet, we were told we could sell our unused weeks to make money. When we attempted to do this, we had to pay over $3,000 just to start the process. After paying, we received no updates, couldn’t get anyone on the phone, and were constantly given the runaround. It took involving our bank to finally recover the money, which was an unnecessary and exhausting ordeal. It’s not worth it.

Sapphire timeshare is by far the worst decision I have ever made. It's sad when your own kind stabs you in the back for the almighty dollar. My recommendation is DO NOT BUY ANY TIMESHARE FOR SAPPHIRE. This is what the Bible speaks about the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Evil comes in all color shape and sizes. The payments grow and grow and grow, but the service stays the same. I regret ever signing anything from Sapphire. They are refusing to let us leave.

I dodged a bullet by reading these reviews. I almost signed up for it last weekend in Destin, FL. The sales guy was great and did his job well, however, his associate was aggressive and appeared agitated that I wouldn't sign. That in itself was a red flag. Thank you all for your reviews. Beware everyone
Beware everyone. Doing business with this company was a total disappointment. We had it for over a year and all we did was pay pay pay. Oh! and that free trip noone ever called me to schedule or received mail nothing. You will have a very hard time using your points, and honestly its nothing like the presentation. You will be tricked and hassled and we failed for it. Long story short. We had no option but to stop paying. Yes, it went to collections and don't care. We are so relived and stress free now.

This timeshare has been nothing but a disappointing and distressing experience. Despite fulfilling my obligations, the company has refused to help or address my concerns. They did not deliver what was promised, and their lack of accountability has left me with mounting frustration.
The limited 5-day rescission period makes cancellation impossible, even in light of the many misrepresentations made during the sales process. I was led to believe this program would provide affordable and accessible travel options, but in reality, it has been riddled with issues and failed to meet expectations.
The financial burden is overwhelming, and the suggestion to pay off the loan in full before being allowed to sell or transfer, along with an additional $499 fee, is both unrealistic and unfair. This only adds to the costs of a program that has not delivered on its promises.
Repeated attempts to resolve this matter amicably have been met with inflexible policies that offer no real solutions. The failure to uphold the terms and promises made during the sales process is unacceptable. The company must take responsibility for the strain this agreement has caused and allow for the termination of the contract.
This has been an emotionally and financially taxing ordeal, and I urge others to proceed with extreme caution before entering into a similar agreement. This company must do better for its customers.

Our involvement with Sapphire Resorts has been nothing but disappointing. I was promised easy travel and enjoyable vacations, but instead faced constant unavailability and restrictions that made it impossible to use the program. When I reached out for help, the representative focused on upselling rather than addressing my concerns.

I regret ever signing anything from them. The resort is not worth what you sign up for. The contract does not end, and there are so many increasing fees on top of the mortgage payment for it. We want out and they won’t let us!
