Rotterdam experience
we have been staying at Situ apartment for 5 days. the staff always kept open communication channel with us. when we had minor issue with the apartment, and told Situ about the situation, we have been transferred to new one immediately.

SITU’s communication skills and the helpfulness of their team, with particular thanks to Vicky and Becky, have relieved so much stress for me as the owner of a self-catering property . Unbeknown to SITU and very likely their insurance client, too, the guests they booked into our property were irresponsible and caused significant damage to the property. Remedying the situation was time-consuming and stressful but SITU was a shining example of a company who could ease a burdensome situation with outstanding customer care.

Elizabeth who came to service our flat was wonderful. She is such a hard worker and so cheerful we felt we had known her forever and she made us feel at home. She did a marvelous job and the flat was gleaming after she left. When we arrived there were a couple of glitches which were sorted very quickly. Excellent service.

SITU are extremely responsive and provide excellent service. The apartments they provide are always decent and the cost/quality is great!

The apartment’s location was very convenient, as it was situated close to our office and all supermarkets & restaurants. This proximity made my daily commute easy and enjoy my evenings."
