I am more than pleased with the service provided by Situ! After sending my enquiry from Germany regarding a longer stay in the UK during my sabbatical, I immediately received a call back from a very pleasant Situ employee who gathered the information needed in order to find an adequate accommodation for me. 3 quotes arrived on the same day, one of which was a perfect match. Booking and payment both went quickly and smoothly so that I had my confirmation within a few short days! Situ has already informed me that they will handle everything retaining to my booking, arrival and anything inbetween until my departure. All in all excellent service and customer care! Quick and easy procedures and very friendly/service-oriented. Would recommend to anyone searching for an accommodation (in the UK)!
