We also work with financial service providers to deliver credit solutions through partner platforms, making flexible borrowing more accessible to their customers.

I couldn't repay the loan on time. But The contact support experience has been great and especially Daniel was amazing and patiently extended the due date for me which was a great help.10/10 recommended for the best service received.

Awful
Do not use. I genuinely don’t know where to start. They’ve lent to me 14 times in the space of a year( I’ve made a complaint to this which they have 6 days to respond to or it goes to the FOS). I asked for an update on the complaint as it had been nearly 2 months and I got a basic we’re still working on it.
When it customer service i think a child could do a better job, their live chat take hours to respond despite it being and urgent matter and the support email might as well not exist id say on average they take 3-4 days to respond
An absolutely horrendous experience i look forward to my final response
