L'entreprise a été fondée en 2014 et compte aujourd'hui des revendeurs dans le monde entier. Le jour et la nuit avec les autres steamers que j’ai utilisé jusque ici.
Chauffe très rapidement, autonomie du réservoir d’eau suffisante pour 2 tenues complètes, format compact pour les déplacements, fonctionne aussi bien verticalement qu’horizontalement et le gant de repassage avec lequel il est fourni est extrêmement pratique !
Je recommande et suis rassurée quant à l’investissement

Pratique et un peu déçu de la vapeur
Pratique à emporter partout mais la vapeur n’est pas aussi efficace que je le pensais. Pour un chemisier il faut vraiment insister et je trouve que le rendue n’est pas impeccable.

Efficace, rapide et beau !
Je cherchais depuis longtemps un moyen efficace et rapide de retirer les bouloches de mes pulls en cachemire et autres vêtements, celui ci répond à ces critères, en plus d’être esthétique.

Produit très efficace, j’apprécie qu'il soit rechargeable et non à piles.
Un peu cher pour l'objet et le peu de technologie.
Boîte de rangement peu pratique.
Système de lames qui paraît fragile, à voir dans le temps.

Commande non reçue après une semaine
J’ai passé ma commande vendredi dernier. Lundi, j’ai reçu un mail disant que la commande est expédiée mais aujourd’hui, vendredi donc une semaine plus tard, je n’ai toujours rien reçu.

lorsqu’on envoie un message sur le site, unmessage automatique est envoye en reponse indiquant qu on vous recontactera sous 3 a 4 jours.
en conclusion ce site non professionnel est a fuir!

Hello, so sorry for this experience. I understand waiting is no fun, and we are also doing our best to handle incoming errands in the support fast as we can. I can see your order was sent from us on the 18th of March, and has been in the hands of DHL since. Looks like the parcel is currently at a DHL terminal in Holland. If the parcel should not move, or if you do not receive any notifications from DHL we can of course start an investigation with the courier and help you further.
