They were very supporting with a problem of the shipping company not delivering the package with the hearing aids to me. After both of us tried several times to contact the company to find out where they were and when they would be delivered, it became clear they were not going to deliver them
Steeza sent me a new pair by a different shipping company at no additional cost to me.
I now have them and have been wearing them to see how they work. I find them to be the best hearing aids that I have ever used! They are small and very comfortable, I can wear them all day with no issues, the sound is clear, voices sharp and background noise are almost nonexistent. I would definitely recommend these hearing aids and management as top choice!!!
You can depend on them to assist you if you have a concern.

First time having hearing aids after years of struggling I have researched several brands and decided to purchase the steezia stz harmony and have been extremely happy with them

I cannot say enough about the customer service I received when needing to return my hearing aids, I received return instructions paid the return once it was shipped back, I followed through on the delivery of the item & saw when it was actually delivered my refund was initiated the second business day after its arrival at their address, I highly recommend anyone who is tempted to try their product to do so since they honor their flexible return policy, I want also to thank Sarah for her support and kindness.

Absolutely shocking. The hearing aids were not what was described the feedback when wearing was horrendous. But that was not as bad as trying to reurn them - the 30 day risk free trial is just a con! They do not tell you they have to be returned to Hong Kong and because they have batteries it is very expensive.
Please avoid at all costs.

I bought two pairs of hearing aids from Steezia and whilst they turned out not to be suitable for my hearing condition, the customer service from Alice was excellent. She always responded quickly and I did get my refund.

It's a shame that the aids weren't suitable as they were a far better fit than my NHS ones - and they didn't make my ears stick out like the NHS ones. Anyway, full marks for Alice

Total scam, not very good, loud screeching feedback, buzzing and clicking, won't connet to app - not even sure they are capable of app connection and it's just used as a sales tactic. No refund and not as described on website

If I pay to return them to China (which doesn't seem to have worked for many others) I can have a refund but only when you recive them regardless of proof of postage. You are fundamentally dishonest, nowhere do you say you will have to wait whilst the are sent from China, in fact you go to great lenghts to seems as thought you are shipping from the UK, 30 day money back guarantee....but only after we offer you loads of different options of discounts, replacements and then tell me to send to China at my cost and my risk. And if ypu do try to install the App (not available from the app store) you get a lovely warning about the device being open to being compromised, to anyone reading (yes, I do get the pun)listen to the warnings.

What a Disgraceful Company this is. I was very pleased with what they had promised me, a full 100% Refund if I was not happy. I waited about 5 weeks for them to arrive. I am a 76 year old pensioner and looked forward to receiving good hearing aids NOT AMPLIFIERS. It was an English address I was dealing with. Great I thought, but NO .They did not fit properly and were not working very well, so I decided to send them back, Well that's when the trouble started. They gave me an address in China and I tried to Return them with Evri etc. but they would not except the address they gave me. I have emailed them a few times and asked for my full REFUND of £135.50 I was sending it back because they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. They have refused to Refundme,because I had asked PayPal to help me with this problem. They said I broke the contract I had with them. They called this a Charge-back issue. They have not offered me any Refund and have now offered me 40% of my next purchase, There must be something wrong with them.DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. DISGRACEFUL CROWD to DEAL WITH. ALL I WANTED WAS MY £135.50 BACK

I returned the item due to misleading descriptions on the website as they say they are UK based operations and paying extra for faster delivery.

It took longer then how they imply on the website as the items ships from China after I purchased so I wouldn't have received it on time.

After agreeing on a return which I sent numerous photos and proof of postage on 08/05/2025, they still claim it has not been received 4 months later, though I can see the tracking it arrived in China posting months ago.

To date, 09/09/2025 I still have not received a refund and lost out on £140.49 & £9.40 on return.

I have never experienced such a service that misleads with their operation locations to get false confidence then ask for evidence of return and not follow through the the agreed and fair processes.

When mine came there was only 1 hearing aid!!! What good is that to me. And no identification as to who sent it. It's only now I have got my bank statement that I know who to complain to. Rubbish company.

Arriuved on time, helpful with email enquires as to fitting, however when I wanted to return them, there was quite a hassle, had to photo front and back of parcel, send them those photos plus the postage receipt with trackinhg number, return postage cost me £18.95, it took nearly about 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive back in China, they offered a quick refund of £100, but I had paid £169.50, no offer to pay back my postage, then they charged me for the postage to me of £15.00, so I only received a Refund of £154.50.
So with the postage I made a loss of £33.95

Whistling rubbish direct from China, similar to products from Amazon but more expensive and less feedback regarding your order status.

Absolutely disappointed with this company. I bought a hearing aid which never arrived. When asked for a refund I had no correspondence from them what so ever. I tried to return the product as it was no good. Never received a refund and never got any reply back to all my emails. Complete shambles DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not order from here. We have been waiting for a full refund. We sent them straight back as they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. We haven’t received it and they were ordered in March we are still waiting do not buy or go through PayPal as they haven’t helped. Hopefully they will read this and respond?

after TWO days the hearing aids. or amplifiers. did not work. received a refund of. £50..58 p. a lot different to the. £168..00. THAT I PAID for them. so their 30 day refund policy. Since I wrote this review, the company have repaid a further £33.90, therefore £84.48 has now been refunded, as a gesture of goodwill. And we get to keep the aid.. Better than the initial refund, but not the same as full refund..

Don’t bother dealing with this company. The hearing aids were unsuitable so I returned them to China in November last year as instructed for a full refund. it cost me over £20 to send them back. I kept asking where my refund was and they offered me a 60% discount if I just accepted the situation now. I refused as I wanted a full refund.

Absolutely nothing has transpired until today when the package I sent to China was returned to me! So I cannot recommend this company. they are a complete shower.

Do not have anything to do with this company it is a total scam, they will charge for so called hearing aids which are totally unfit for purpose. These are obviously cheap imports that they pay next to nothing for and charge an extortionate amount for inferior goods then when you request a refund they insist that you have to send it back to china to an address which does not exist hence they are are returned 6 months later. While you are waiting they offer you a fraction of the amount you have paid when you ask for a refund as a final settlement.

Bought these so called hearing aids back in December 2024. Firstly they sre not hearing aids they are just amplifiers. The first set did not work other than painful feedback, they sent a second pair which didn't work at all. When I requested a refund I was told to post them to China at my expense which cost over £20.00. I was offered a partial refund of 50% to close the issue which I refused, they did eventually offer a 70% refund which I also refused. Once posted the items were held in Chinese customs for four months before I gave up and disputed the transaction with my credit card company who obtained a full refund. Two things, they are not a UK company as they alledge. They are Chines and the UK based customer service staff are excellent at telling what you want to hear without actually doing anything to help or moving forward. Don't buy from this organisation but if you do keep a record of your email

Returned two unopened pairs of aids in January…..at great expense to CHINA!!!! Still no refund. Also a separate pair which the right aid has never worked…so not fit for purpose and a full refund should be given.

Product wasn’t for me sadly as i was really hoping it was going to be a short term solution for my hearing problem,I emailed Steezia saying I want a refund they did try to find me a solution that meant i didn’t have to return item and pay postage fee but myself I was happy to return item for a full refund
