Excellent Customer Service
Elisa was excellent to work with. She was able to answer all my questions and get us a quote with a quick turnaround. The 4 star is because one of our three racks arrived dented. Elisa was quick to offer a replacement.

Excellent Customer Service! Thanks to both Michelle and Justin for helping me find the correct product. I couldn’t quite place the order online so I made a call and was immediately connected to Michelle who has been a great assistant throughout the whole process. I ordered an adapter that was actually quite big for my centrifuge. Michelle was very responsive and helped connect me to Justin who’s knowledgeable about the products. Thank you for making it very easy and fast.

LabNet Vortex Adapter
We usually have to buy from Fisher Scientific due to being one of the state vendor. Not always the greatest experience and price. Not many options and brands for head adapter at FS unless is their brand. I decided then to look for a vortex adapter for our Labnet vortex and Stellar Scientific showed up in my search. Good price, fast shipping, easy to track your package through FEDEX. And they're constantly send you updates on your order. What takes a month- if lucky- to get from FS, it took 7-8 days to make it to school. Item arrived perfectly and safely packed. I wish I could buy all my lab supplies at Stellar Scientific!!
