They are very helpful with the things I needed help with and were very kind

A relative is traveling abroad and needed funds very quickly. She is under 18 so getting the funds to her was very important. We allowed for the planned delay in transferring funds internationally. We were concerned and called Step Support. They assured me that the funds would be delivered as planned. And yes, the funds arrived on time and the agent handling the call was very helpful and professional.

I’ve been using Step since i was 13, i’m 18 next February and this has honestly been the only bank i’ve trusted and used. Customer service is extremely helpful it takes a little bit for them to get back to you but when they do they are on top of their game to help.

I completely lost my phone and could not access any of my information including my email to get my verification code to log into my account or anything, I had about $1500 in my savings in Step and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get back in but thanks to the help of Kevin and Amy they helped me reset my information so I could get back in. So you’re definitely safe with Step!! Thank you again!

i actually love using step but the one thing is that they keep updating the apps interface when i finally figure out where what is 😭😭 but other than that, step is amazing!!

Needed something to provide to the dmv with my name and current adress and a from they provided worked came reallin clutch for me because I didnt update my adress so my bank statements were all in my old adress

JAM!!!!! Was very help in assisting me with a matter I didn’t think with possible to be resolved, my old debit card had a deposit on it, and they reassured me that they will solve the problem by the end of the business day. Also, the quick response. I was not expecting to hear from anyone as soon as I did.

Sam with customer service was incredible!!! She answered my questions and what she couldn’t she escalated it to the higher ups! What a wonderful person! Thank you Sam you’re the reason I think I just might continue to use step. Thanks again!!!

Great team of staff working together to resolve an issue with my dashboard not properly loading and $500 transferred from my bank to my dashboard not showing up. Staff were all very polite and helpful, and never gave up. After a few attempts, Jerod suggested to not use facial log in, but to use personal manual log in method, and voila’, problem solved! Thanks team and especially Jerod! You guys are amazing and worthy of one of the nicest internet bank credit card programs I could find to help establish credit for my teenager.

Such a great app! Has so many options to earn money, cash back, play games, do surveys, etc. And after you earn it all gets put directly into your account! The debit card is amazing too. There’s a physical and virtual copy that you can get, so you can pay with the physical card or just your phone. Also it automatically tracks what you buy for certain brands and then gives you cash back! I would definitely recommend this app for EVERYONE!

1 star for customer service that helped me get back into my account. My account was glitching and logged me out and I had to find out how to reach them. Got back in after a day but when I asked what happened, they told me they can't tell me. This was the first time it happened. Did I get hacked? They can't tell me or won't tell why? I don't know. If you can't tell me then why should I trust this bank with my money? Be careful!

They understand what was the situation and they immediately took of it! Thank you!

Amazing!! Always helpful

This "bank" is a scam. I had my taxes deposited in it and they stole the money. I tried doing a bank dispute with then and they kept refusing to open the dispute which is a huge red flag. This isn't a bank don't trust them. They are thieves.
