A little confusion

I tried to pull money off my virtual card and it was declined, I was so confused, because I knew I had money on the card, (still waiting for my physical card) so Step suspended the card for safety reasons, understandable, I contacted there team, and they were such a huge help, every question I had, they had a answer, and guided me through this process within minutes, Danise was such a great help, my virtual card was unlocked easily the same day, thank you Step!!

Step is really good.!

Step has been so great. I’ve been with step for quite some time. And I can say my experience has been great. All issues that I had they were able to resolve and any questions or concerns I have they are quick to help. I Recommend step to every young teenager as a first time personal card. You will get a lot of support.

Great Help Desk

I was confused about something and reached out to the help line and was quickly and completely helped. Very easy and satisfying process after some initial frustration! Our family will continue to use Step for our teens!

I do not have an account here, but $1500.00 was taken from one of my bank accounts and sent to or through an account with this "bank".

My experience using the step card has been a very great experience, Very easy to use app where you can send and receive money. Get your checks deposited onto your card two days early. Is there an app customer service chat line that is very accessible and easy to use. You have an real life agent there to.hwlo you with your problems in minutes, no hold time, no long calls, or language barriers. This a very very Amazing Card and app for all ages in mu opinion

Money was taken from my bank account…

Money was taken from my bank account and on my statement it says $500 was sent to Step.com.

Never heard of them and trying to get them to get this settled and get my money back is frustrating.

Fee for transfer for less than $20, $0.50. I tried to received my direct deposit, after displaying the payment the just declined it for no good reason.

They don’t secure your money


You can’t talk to anyone on the phone. I had my card at work and I got a notification saying withdraw it 180 from an atm! How when I had my card at work with me. And my pin? The withdrawal was at a place I never been. And they telling me it can take up to 90 days. And that I might not be able for to get my money back. I recommend not to use this app. Wish someone would had warned me. Find a bank that’s going to secure your money at all time. Because Step don’t!
Update: I’m not getting my money back. They saying false dispute. When I showed them my time clock, sent them a picture of my card why I was at work chatting with them to show them I have my card. I’m a hha so I do t get breaks so I couldn’t had left the home. And still I can’t get my money back and calling me a fraud. When I talked to the atm customer service. They explain to me how it was done. And y’all tell me they didn’t tell y’all the same. I’m not no damn criminal. I haven’t never been locked up. So why I would I wait til I’m damn near 50 to be a criminal. They can count the final days with me. Secure bank my ass!!!!!

The customer service is impeccable! They acknowledge, solve, and offer another way to help. They are also really quick with getting real people. It's nice to finally see an app offer AI AND humans.
