Stiley Living Reviews

This is my second order from this company.
Great quality product, customer service excellent and super fast delivery.
Would definitely recommend.

Easy to order online, with next day delivery. Product arrived really well packaged and the quality was really good. Instructions were straightforward and the handrails were easy to put up (the product comes with all fixings including decent raw plus and screws).

Excellent customer service and after sales support

I’ve been after chrome shelf brackets for weeks, I came across stiley living never heard of them before so was wary about ordering, but I DID order and so glad I did, prices are reasonable I needed 8 and these worked out cheaper than if I bought white ones from a high street shop. Delivery was fast and was kept updated from when I ordered to when they got delivered. I will most definitely be shopping here again

Fab handrail, good fixings and easy to install

Very easy to talk to a real person through the web chat who actually knew the products well. Packaged well, sent quickly, included colour matched screws and easy to fit, looks great.

I brought knobs for my kitchen - they look amazing on. Stylish and great quality. Great customer service too.

Great delivery, great communication. Lovely handrail. Thank you very much

Great product, great service and quick delivery. Also the little things, like proper fixings and rawplugs, well packaged . Will definitely shop again

I have ordered twice from this company and delivery was within a couple of days.

Excellent company to deal with.

I was looking for new stair rails that were better quality than the local DIY store and found Stiley. My first impression was "Wow". I knew that the matt black was what I was after but I wanted rose gold end pieces. From the first contact with my enquiry through to delivery and follow-up the communication was first class and I was delighted when Richard obliged with the rose gold end pieces. Delivery was fast and extremely well packed, even came with instructions for storage before installation.
I've received so many compliments from visitors. No hesitation in recommending. A high end item, extremely good price and a standard of service I thought had died out years ago.

Great customer service. I ordered the black and brass handrail..looks very glamorous

Great communication from Richard. Really helpful and even took the time to speak with me out of hours to get my products just right. Even helped assist with further items fir my project. Highly recommend this company

Bought the Brass stair Banisters from this company, from start to finish the customer service was probably the best I've ever experienced with any company, from questions answered via emails in a speedy manner to being sent whatsapp messages to make things even faster to communicate, I had an issue with an end cap or 2 (manufacturing error) but this was sorted with replacements being sent on next day delivery.
I would like to both Thank, and congratulate Richard Brown for his superb service during my purchase.

Well first of all I’d like to say that this company is certainly customer oriented!
Initially they sold me exactly what I wanted, which was a handlrail and extra fittings, which several other companies declined to do. The handrail, yes, but the extra fittings some other companies were incapable of selling.
Then, when my shipment got lost, we’ll not exactly lost, APL decided not to deliver it, Stiley went way beyond what I expected. We were in contact Saturday and Sunday, which in itself is exceptional.
I am still in contact with supplier about buying more kit, I only wish I had more work to give them.
In short, this company is brilliant to work with, and has a brilliant product, what’s not to like?

Quick service and very reliable.

Super service great product premium packaging and fantastic customer service and next day delivery. Very happy and will use again for sure.

Really good, exactly what I wanted. thanks!
