The sun catcher turned out very nice. We miss our beloved dog more than words can say but seeing the sunlight flow thru his sun catcher brings back a little happiness again

It was for my niece who lost her precious Ziva. She loved it. She said she loves looking at her sweet face all the time. Thank you for making photo exactly as the one sent.

The sun catcher of Kylie came on the 1 month of her death. I thought I would cry but I was so pleased with the picture that it made me smile(a sad smile). The quality was top notched and the packaging was good.

I purchased this as a keepsake for my daughter who recently lost her beloved fur baby. The ordering process was easy and the result BEAUTIFUL. I am very pleased and am TRYING to wait until Christmas to give this to her but it’s hard bc it’s so beautiful!! ❤️

By far the best customer service I have dealt with. An error on my behalf. Was given the wrong address of a friend who lost her service dog. I got an email saying that it was delivered. A got an email with pictures of the house. That is when I found out the error on my end. They were ready to make it right on my wrong. Kai's owner called crying how beautiful it was. Thank you from the customer service and to the beautiful suncatcher. Kai is always going to be with her.

The stain glass is beautiful! Looks exactly like the picture. I am very pleased. I will be ordering another one soon! I got this one made for my daughter who lost her dog a few years back. I have another daughter who also lost a furry friend and I will be ordering her one as well. I am giving them as Christmas presents.

The suncatcher is amazing. It's beautiful.
The reason for 3 stars is your lack of transparency and when addressed on social media that these actually are made in China which conflicts with your social media page saying you are a US company that is deceptive, rather than address it on social media you block people over it. That's classic deception.
