I’m glad it arrived on time. I didn’t realize it was coming from China. I wish it were as bright as it is in the ai picture but I understand ai isn’t actually intelligent. Loved how handsome Blu is against the blue background. The frame isn’t very sturdy and it wasn’t soldered very well. I was expecting better quality materials.

Picture on suncatcher is perfect. I have it hanging on a living room window in direct morning sunlight. Makes my heart smile when I walk into the room and see my furbaby watching over me. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't reflect or have any type of prism effect. I thought at first it was printed on the wrong side. The viewing side is the flat side, the back is 'bumpy' glass which I think looks more like stained glass.
It was easy to order and delivered quite quickly. It was wrapped extremely well.

Website was easy to use. The most difficult part was choosing one out of the many pictures of my dog. Loved all of the backgrounds and chose the one that best suited the color of my dog. It happened to arrive the day before my birthday When I opened it up, I cried. It was beautiful and the exact likeness of my Maggie. I posted it on Facebook and received so many compliments on it. I think some orders will come out of my post Keep up the wonderful work!

The version received a little different than shown at the time ordered but still nicely done. Delivery time was good. Item well packaged. I recommend.

From the moment I placed my order it was seamless questions where answered and delivery was very prompt. They really captured out Baci girl. . Brought her to life one more time.

Swagger's pic turned out great. This is a gift for our son and daughter-in-law who recently made the decision to let their 15-year-old dog cross the Rainbow Bridge. I will give it to them when they come visit in September.

Same for Lobo's, our daughter and son-in-law's 15-year-old pup.

Additionally, Lilly's replacement pic came in without any problems. Cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received when needing to request a replacement of Lilly's (first one was broken upon receipt.) Reminds me of the kind of customer service I grew up with. Thank you all so much.

After losing both dogs we were heartbroken. To be able to see the two of them lit up by the sun is healing my wife and me.
