I had an accident in the morning and I had a fantastic hire car by lunch! My car is now at the garage to be repaired and I have barely had to lift a finger. Luke is my file handler, who is professional and accommodating but everyone on the team is so helpful and knowledgeable.

We were dealing with gentleman called Lewis. He was brilliant. Kept us updated all the way through the claim, answered any questions we had, and service was quick to get my claim resolved. Would have no issues if needed to use these again they make things very easy to deal with.

No fault claim .
I recently used stocalfe response to help me with a no fault claim . I dealt mainly with Lewis Broomhall and between them they have given me great service and advice. My claim was sorted out quite quickly and they got me a decent hire car while this was on going. I would like to add , that even though I have been paid out, I am still able to email or call Lewis for advice and more correspondence to parties involved with my claim.
