Ordering was easy and there was a good choice. I chose a product with signs of wear however I was really impressed with how immaculate the item looked on arrival. Really well packaged too. Delivery was fast. Had a quick look at the product but it is a christmas present so cannot comment on the functionality yet.

Laptop as described. "Fair" condition covered a couple of minor cosmetic signs of previous use, but great price for a high spec device. Arrived next day and packaged well. Very happy.

Absolutely excellent service all because a Xbox controller battery pack wasn’t in the original boxing but it was brand-new. I purchased it for only a tenner, where brand-new they are close to £20. So yes, can’t fault it really. Just never came with a box but very sturdily packaged in bubble wrap. No more AA batteries in the controller (after they run out), and seamless charge and play. Top deal.

I had been looking for a used/refurbished laptop for some time. I had seen many sites and companies offering similar but stock must go stood out as the condition of the laptop they offered seemed very good for the price. I received the laptop within the timescale they stated. Importantly the condition of the laptop was as stated. Im fact better than I expected. Good company giving you exactly what you want. I got the runaround from dpd as the driver initially went to the wrong address and i wasn't home unsurprisingly. I called dpd and the driver came back within a couple of hours. They were good about it. In fairness my address isn't easy to find but most delivery drivers do. So that was a small issue really and no drama. No fault of stock must go. Just one of those things. Im very happy with my purchase.

Found a product, didnt need it to be all singing and dancing and the product description supported my requirements.

Purchased and delivered promptly.

Product was faulty on an area not covered by the product description but I needed the product to work on that specific area. I raised a ticket with Stock Must Go, explained the problem and they responded promptly with clear instructions on returning the product to be replaced.

I received the new product promptly and have had no issues since.

Personally, I didn't mind that there was an issue with the first product because I wasn't in a rush to use it, just that I was supported in finding a solution fast.

I got email confirmations at every stage of delivery (both ways).

I would purchase from SMG again.

Customer service is appalling and they're not willing to work with you to sort out any issues-which I'm pretty sure is their job role. I've seen various reviews but personally wouldn't ever use this company again. We purchased laptop and stopped working with in 1 month. . I started to send email for repair or refund . Company never replied. So frustrating , will never buy or recommend.

I bought a laptop from Stock Must Go about a year ago. The laptop initially didn't power on, so I removed the battery and then it did. I kept having this problem, but was able to work round it for a while, unfortunately beyond where my warranty ran out. After a lot of troubleshooting, I realised that a connection between the board under the power button and the motherboard was loose, and the machine must have been shipped with this loose connection. Everything works now, but better QC would have prevented this.

Quick and good price

After being massively messed around by Backmarket, I took a chance on SMG and I am very impressed. I got a MacBook Pro and the SSD capacity was actually larger than I had expected. The battery health is excellent. One slight mark to the body which I am not bothered about at all.
