Disappointing Experience
Disappointing Experience – Poor Product Quality and Customer Service
I ordered a MacBook from this company and was very disappointed to receive a unit that had visible scratches, despite it being advertised in better condition. I immediately requested a return through their returns portal and was provided a return label.
After returning the item, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 3 working days. However, it has now been nearly three weeks with no refund and no meaningful response, despite my repeated daily follow-ups.
The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would urge others to be cautious before purchasing.

Very speedy delivery and quick response time to emails
Very speedy delivery and my laptop looks brand new. I've reccomend to family already.
I had/have 1 concern that my laptop was over heating a little but I think this was due to set up and updates running. I emailed and got a response back the next day. I'm going to keep an eye on it as see how it goes (okay so far). But very happy with the service.
