I ordered some headphones and infrared thermometer which was shipped separately. What supposed to be the headphones was not what ordered. It was someone else's order. A mix up from supplier and shipping dept. I am done with ordering from Stoneberry. They are charging me for the headphones I didn't get. I sent the order I got today back. Instead of getting headphones i got someone else's order for 2 drip pans for a electric stove. And what is even weird the invoice that came with it was from a Walmart online order but boxed in a Mason's company with a shipping label addressed to me. I don't even shop online at Walmart. They are sending out another pair of headphones and now Stoneberry is going to double charge me for them both. And i never got the first headphones. Stoneberry doesn't deserve one star. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Simply put - I submitted an order at 4 pm on Saturday and woke up Sunday (less than 12 hours later) to a 25% off Labor day coupon. I called to ask if it could be applied to my current order and was told my order had already shipped and the coupon could not be applied. I couldn't even cancel the order to re-order! I would have saved $90 dollars- there should have been an adjustment made for this.
This is seriously a 'no-no' in customer service! I am done. Cripe! Even Target would have given me the adjustment! Not good customer service and not good business practice. This will be my last experience with Stoneberry and its 'sister' companies.

I ordered from their sub accounts Masseys, The shoes were way to small however I paid 8.99 shipping they require another 9.99 to return or exchange them. The shoes were only 21.59. I've been on hold for 20 min so far with them. Never again!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. It showed both pairs of the shoes in stock. It wasn't till one pair was on the way did I find out they split the shipment. That didn't bother me, what bothered me that they give their vendors 5 days extra to ship after their warehoused shoes ship. It has now been 17 days, rhey still haven't shipped. I called customer service and was put on hold for an hour and 20 minutes, after getting cut off twice. I asked for expedited shipping, which they agreed, bit still not shipped, and not expected to ship forbfive more days, maybe.
I asked twice for management to call (not trying to be a Karen), but they refuse to call me.
I would not recommend them to anyone!

Really not worth it...
I was approved for $125 credit. I need to build my credit and I've only bought a "Smart Watch" so far. It cost about $80 and was not what I expected. The product is cheap and not worth the money as the only real feature it has is a stepcounter. I have made multiple payments some on time and some not. But somehow I still owe $60 on this item. And to boot I can not log in. When I attempt to click on the "account" icon it says "blocked" in the Chrome tab. I successfully made it to the payment screen (as I want to just pay it off and be done with it) and the website will not even allow me to pay. It shows my balance, will allow me to enter my account and card info, but will not allow me to pay off my balance. I'm really not so sure about this company. Something definitely feels shady. Oh, and if they call asking for payment and for some reason you can not make one, they can be very rude!

This place is horrible. I applied for credit they said I was approved for 750.00 dollars placed a order it took 10 days before they finally sent a email saying they couldn’t process my order and it was canceled. But yet they say I owe $97.11. No I think not. Only reason I applied is because I have 0 credit and am trying to build my credit. They are a bunch of cons. I’m done fooling with this over priced place.

FALSE ADVERTISING! In the advertisement it clearly shows lighthawk neon mini and says lighthawk neon mini, but threr selling the lighthawk neon micro mini totally different drone, it's way smaller and a peice of crap.. I keep sending emails to get a return label and I keep getting the same emails over and over...

To make a point don't do business with Stoneberry. I got approved for $1,000.00 and after making 4 purchases 2 recliner chairs and 2 floor rugs. One of the chairs was priced at $359.99 and they charged me $584.35 difference of $$224.36. Then as I made my monthly payments I noticed the interest amounts changed every month. EX: payment $100 interest $10.30 & payment $50 interest $9 & payment $60 interest $18.55 & payment $60 interest $17.62 and other payments so I have spent a total of $145.78
I DON'T RECOMMEND STONEBERRY by the way, I did pay them off

A few days ago I was approved for credit with Stoneberry. But when they did a hard credit check it caused my credit score to go down 88 points! I'm really pissed about this. I was approved for credit, but it wasn't worth lowering my score that much! That's not really a good
impression being a new customer! If I knew it was a hard credit check, I wouldn't had applied, due to the fact it stays on your credit for 2 years!

Well.....after hours of trying to convince Stoneberry, taking to both nice, and very RUDE reps, including a supervisor who hung up, and another who refused to talk with us, I warn you against making a purchase from this company. They messed up the order, badly, sent to wrong person, wrong city, and they still want us to pay, as well as reorder, so we can pay more, and they will sent a "paper to sign" which "takes weeks" to resolve. One supervisor stated they do this for "all there customers with incorrect orders", so it IS frequent! There is NO resolution. We will NOT reorder (to double the bill). I feel bad for my grandchild who wont get those toys. My wife is ill and not able to readily go out to shop, sooo...? Oh well, Stonebberry couldn't care less. IF YOU ORDER FROM STONEBERRY, YOU TAKE YOUR CHANCES ON BAD BUSINESS!

I'm done with this company. Ordered products weeks ago and they never showed up. Each time I reach out to their customer service team, they are completely worthless and just tell me to wait another week to see if items show up. This order was over $500! Their items are overpriced and cheaply made anyway so they won't be getting any more of my money.

The ordering, purchasing part of stoneberry was fine...however when you try to CLOSE your account? Good luck. They'll lie to you pass you around to different departments and you'll hang up without getting anything done. I had an employee say the account wasn't under my name, lie, my address -another lie, and couldn't look up my account by my SSN...odd since the next person asked me to verify this information and it was correct. I think they must fire the employees after they close an account because what other reason would they be so unwilling to help. Work on your customer service people, it stinks.

Well I ordered two things from stoneberry two months ago. And I just received an email from them saying it's gonna be another month before I receive my order! Rediculas! At this point I could have bought the items without having to pay payments! Stoneberry is a joke! Don't waist your time on stoneberry shop finger hut at least you'll actually get your order!

Absolutely the worst so called Company! Bought a TV, the remote stopped working! Called them and was told they had none to send! Ridiculous paying this much for a TV, and no remote to replace the crap they sent! If it wasn't for my Credit, I wouldn't even finish paying them! But I will only because I care about my Credit score!

2ND RATE PRODUCTS IRREGULAR AND FALSELY ADVERTISED GOLD!!! ITEMS I RECEIVED WERE STAINLESS STEEL NOT 18K GOLD!!#

If I had my way I'd choose a negative 10 stars! Ordered a pair of shoes. The job by the time I got them ended, tried them on, didn't fit and back in the box they went. As soon as my car was back from the shop, my son needed it because his broke down. So, I placed the box in my car, he was to mail them back. Well, I found out a couple months later, the box was in the car! So, I got my car back, took them to the posy office and paid return shipping.
I still owe them now, 108 dollars for interest for the months they sat in the box, in my car. They say I ordered perfume too. I do not wear perfume due to my son's hydrocarbon inhalation injury. So, I guess they can kiss my ass. I do not owe them ANYTHING.
BAD POLICIES AT STONEBERRY. NOW THEY SAY I OWE FOR THEM SHIPPING MY SHOES, A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL I COULD NOT USE AND INTEREST FEES.

I have been dealing with stoneberry for a few years now and was never disappointed but recently every time I look for a shirt or something they are out of my size. Its been a month now and they still don't have it in my size and its like who does the inventory.

I have been a customer with stoneberry a couple years. Always paid on time. My last order was for a tablet. My account shows plenty of ( AVAILABLE BALLANCE) When checking order status it said they needed a down payment that was more than 50% of the price of the tablet.customer service said they can do that at their discretion. My discretion is not to pay them and let them send my bill to collections. SCREW STONEBERRY!!!

Thank you Stoneberry. Always reliable, On time and good price. Never had an order i was disappointed with and has great deals. Great Job Stonberry.
