It seems you have some issues with these tiles and trying to get the haze which could have happened after grouting the tiles or something else. After grouting tiles should have been cleaned thoroughly as soon as grouting is done. If thats the case you need to use grout cleaner to remove haze. I hope this helps.

Unacceptable shipping and response
I've renovated 3 houses and this was my first experience with Tile Depot. There was an issue with shipping such that the order was placed at the foot of my driveway, hundreds of yards from my house. I had to load hundreds of pounds of tile in to my car and transporting it the rest of the way to my house. Thankfully I am of an age and fitness level I was able to complete the task. Further, the tile was placed unmarked and was a hazard for others trying to enter my driveway (UPS driver almost ran over the tile before I was able to move it). When contacted about the issue, the company told me they do not deliver "to a specific room" and that in their opinion, they fulfilled the delivery requirements. Given they all carry similar inventories, I'd recommend shopping at any other tile outlet available.

Don't believe their guarantee if there is a problem.
Ordered six samples of a tile, then created a large order based on those samples. The large order that arrived was a different tile. We ordered a matte tile and the ones received were shiny with a completely different pattern. They would not acknowledge they were different or exchange them for the correct tile.. They did come and pickup the tile but after 2 weeks and several emails, they never sent the refund. I had a file a dispute with my CC.

Worst company ever!!!!!
You are the worst company o have dealt with in years. I ordered a tile and you promised I would get it in 7-20 business days. 10 days later, you haven’t even shipped the tile, you then shipped a tile nothing like what ordered. You refused to answer emails and no help on the phone. You finally gave me a credit and I am stuck with a crate of useless tile as you have ignored my pleas to pick it up. Terrible customer service - you could care less about your customer. Shame on you. I teach business and you are a case study of what not to be!!!!!!

I am so sorry that you had to go through this problem...I sincerely wish that we can go back and redo the whole thing the correct way. We just couldn`t have shipped the correct color. Evidently, the present color code on the product did not match the sample you received. I have sent you an email to explain all this unfortunate incident.
We can send a truck to pick these tiles, However, these 11 boxes has to be on a pallet and wrapped the way they were sent (properly secured) other wise trucking company will not pick up these tiles. Or just dispose them, if it cost you to disose them, we ll reimburse you. Please let me know and you can email me. jj@stonetiledepot.com
