I was pleasantly surprised to find their sample was a whole tile. I typed in wrong zip code on form and a person responded quickly to get the correct one. Professional, quick, and quality.

I only ordered one sample to put over a gap in the blinds in my bedroom and it worked pretty well. The tile is beautiful and simple in design, which is what I wanted. I was grateful that I could order just the sample and did not have to have a larger project in the works, which would necessitate a large order. The ordering and delivery process was seamless.

Their policy is to leave the tile at the curb. My curb is very far from my house and it was very difficult to have it moved. However the company offered me a resolution that is more than fair.

She was patient, professional and understanding as I explained my timeline for delivery since I was working with a contractor.
