Strap was delivered super quick and exactly what I ordered, great quality product...I needed an exchange, submitted a request on their website and got a response within a couple of hours. Great customer service and will use again.

This was my first purchase through Strapify and being an older novice, I wasn’t sure of the sizing for my wife’s watch. After ordering, I received a follow up email to confirm my choice and the correct size.

Ordered a FKM Rubber strap and unfortunately got the size wrong. Customer service was very quick responding to my exchange request and are going to send me through the correct size. Great customer service.

Easy to pick as they tell you what size to get for your watch. Got an elastic woven band to replace the silicon one that comes with the watch that gave me irritated skin and it has fixed all my problems!

Strapify have a great selection of watch bands at affordable prices. Their customer service is fantastic, it’s been easy to get an exchange arranged for my mum. Would definitely buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!
I ordered a watch strap based on the product photos on their website, but what arrived was completely different. They sent me the wrong strap in a completely wrong color a color that isn’t even displayed anywhere on the product page I ordered from.
To make matters worse:
Ridiculous Return Policy: Despite this being 100% their mistake, they are demanding that I ship the item back to Australia. Shipping from Europe costs around €30, which I am expected to pay out of my own pocket on top of the customs/import duties I already had to pay for an item I never ordered!
Unbelievable Unethical Behavior: When I sent them photo evidence of the wrong strap via customer support to complain, they actually took my complaint photo and uploaded it to their website to try and "prove" that this was the correct strap all along!
They refuse to take responsibility for sending the wrong item and expect the customer to pay for their incompetence. Zero customer service, deceptive practices, and absolute disrespect for buyers.
Save your money, your patience, and your custom fees. Buy somewhere else!

had purchased a few items with them, had an issue or two with some of the items, the customer service tea quickly resolved my issues, and processed any warranty claims speedily. they were kind professional and helpful. you cant go wrong purchasing here, and if something does go wrong they will fix it

Great watch straps which can handle plenty of training and they are very comfortable. So many great colours to choose from. When my original strap broke on my Garmin instinct I tried Strapify and couldn’t be happier.

The Garmin Milanese strap I purchased lasted years I purchased another. There was an issue with the colour they were very quick and responsive to amending this.

The customer service team at Strapify is so awesome to deal with! I had a slight band issue which was immediately resolved! Plus I love all the strap options available for my Garmin watch!!
