Order 27209 still not received, yet claims it was shipped 25/11. Delaying on refund despite requests.

I originally rated this much lower until the higher management did reach out to directly intervene.

BUT - this is still primarily a drop shipper with only certain items directly available. Both the site and the marketing can and will be misinterpreted.

...and it was Cyber Week.

They do score points for actually fixing what went, wrong. The product received was functional and of good quality.

Strongly advise that you ask about stock and make a decision based on the speed and clarity of the response!

**UPDATED** I have increased my rating due to a good customer service resolution. I can’t fault them in this regard, the company reached out to make right on my initial complaints and have issued me with a full refund. They apologised and explained the delays I experienced have now been rectified which I accept. I’m pleased with the follow up, many wouldn’t have bothered, it shows they take customer service seriously even when there are issues.

Still waiting for my order 10 days on. Royal Mail tracking states it’s awaiting delivery. Standard email reply from Strapology stating it was on its way but not according to Royal Mail.
Edit. My order arrived the following day. Very happy with the strap. Laura very kindly offered me another strap as a gesture of goodwill. I suppose we are in an age when our expectations are high and waiting more than a few days seems unacceptable now. Anyway, thank you. Much appreciated.

Good service, but the strap I chose wasn’t what I expected, didn’t live up to as it was advertised.
Whilst I received a refund for the item my disappointment was, I had to pay the return postage which cost £4:20p.

Hate to leave negative reviews - especially as this is potentially a small business - but I ordered my band nearly two weeks ago and still don’t have what I ordered. I received a faulty one last week and customer service offered a replacement but no idea if/when that will happen.
Says next day despatch but don’t seem able to provide that service at the moment.
***EDIT - I improved score from 1* to 3* as I did receive my band this morning after receiving an email from Laura yesterday confirming it was on the way. Happy with the quality of the straps I’ve ordered and tbf Laura has always responded to my emails.

I bought the so called titanium strap for my Apple Watch pro in June .
The strap is scratched so badly by now it looks like it’s made from aluminium or tin. I have raised a formal complaint by email and attached pictures to demonstrate to register this as a formal complaint. I don’t expect much from this as they clearly state about 10 times no refunds of exchanges after 30 days but wanted other people to be aware that they are scammers

2 weeks waiting for the product. Listed as titanium strap but actually steel. No reply to enquiries. Coloured coating to resemble titanium rubs away within days of use.

Further to my review below, I have now received a refund for the returned items following my emails to customer services. Thank you for sorting out.

I placed an international order for a black in color fine woven Apple Watch band on Oct 29, and received an invoice and order number via email. The web site makes it seem like questions are encouraged so I sent them an email via their contact info on Nov 1 just to ask how long it would take to ship it. Took a little over 24 hours to receive a reply on Nov 2, but I am in the USA. Reason was a shipping delay.

Update Nov 6 2023: I received another very friendly response from them stating there’s more of a delay in shipping. They gave no clear reason why it’s delayed or when it will ship. However, they were very willing to help and keep me informed.

Update Nov 7 2023: Item shipped today and received tracking info. So around 9 days to ship. Not what I’m used to, but at least they were honest about it. Changing to 3 stars. Will update more when I receive the item.

Update Nov 9 2023: Received another email update from them today letting me know when I should receive it. This company does care and even refunded the shipping fee without me even asking them to. Based on their honesty and willingness to keep me informed I’m giving them 4 stars without having received the item yet.

Update Nov 13 2023: I received my watch band today, 4 days ahead of the estimate they gave me. It came in a nice sturdy cardboard box that was thicker than I expected, and the band was attached to a soft felt type material that was also attached atop another foam type material. I was really impressed with the packaging and it was a much higher quality than what I’ve read in some of the other reviews. Took about two weeks to get it (keep in mind this was an international order too), but maybe they’ve switched to a higher quality supplier which has caused some of these delays.

About the watch band; I was completely impressed with it. It looks to be higher quality than the others I’ve seen. It appears close to Apple quality, if not the same or even better quality. And I can’t believe how extremely comfortable it is. I can hardly even tell that I’m wearing it. Time will tell on how well and long it lasts, but as of right now I couldn’t be happier with it. Honestly, I think it was well worth the wait to get the color I wanted and end up being so comfortable and high quality. I was a little worried when I first ordered it. But with the excellent communication, customer service, and quality, it’s earned 5 stars from me. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Strapology, I’m very satisfied.

I have been looking for a while for a sturdy watch for my iwatch, i had bought one form a Apple store but it seemed flimsy. So i found a strap on Stapology, half the price. but actually twice as good. Order process really easy, confirmation, Asked a query on delivery and customer services replied straight away. Would use them again definately.

Great strap for my Iwatch well made arrived in reasonable time as my postcode usually has long delays, I live on a scottish island

Strap did not stay done up at all, it fell off several times so I have stopped using it

Had a replacement sent out as I had an issue with the little parts which enter the Ultra Watch, the replacement is fine but you have to be extra careful.

Will look to purchase another colour once i have had this for a while.
