Order Never Arrived
Ordered 4 straps, got told 1 was out of stock which was no issue for me at all. However 2 weeks later I had a notification that the straps were all delivered - nothing was received and I waited another 2 weeks to be sure that it wasn’t a bugged notification. So money spent with no straps received, customer service was predictably unhelpful and simply declared that goods were delivered.

A couple of weeks for delivery is b*******.If I had seen some of the reviews that i've found on this company, I would never have bought for them.First of all, they are not in the united states.They have a mailing address in the united states.But they ship from overseas.That is why they use the b f e shipping partner.They are a global international drop shipping from china.So, that's why the expected wait time is longer because they're coming from overseas.I don't buy from overseas.That's my choice.This company misled me.That's why I got my money back from my credit card company

Love the watch bands
Love the watch bands. They last and are totally washable. I’ve never had an issue with any of them and I have 4 or 5 now. The bands are great quality! I still use them all. I love the assortment of colors. They’re a really good value.

They said they are an Australia-based company this is joke.
They respond from my email once a day not from directly.
Quality is worse than Temu.

You didn't clarify where the products manufactured, where is the parcel ship from, described the colour or designe were not specific and it is not matched from website and actual products.
Customer service is worse than a robot response from bank.

Awful experience
Following receipt of my straps and covers for the Google Pixel 4 41mm I found they didn't fit, the whole order.. I contacted Astra Straps and over the course of the next 18 days I was asked to take photos, videos and give the size of my watch.. I was then offered a 50% discount.. These people are knowingly selling rubbish and stealing your money when it doesn't work/fit. Disgusting .. online theft.

Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company. They are dishonest and refuse to honor their own return policy. I ordered a watchband from them. It turned out to be the wrong band, so it didn't fit my watch. I let them know that I wanted to return it for a refund, in keeping with their "no hassle" return policy. What a joke! They kept offering me less than a full refund, and told me I could keep the band, which of course was useless because it didn't fit. After multiple emails and their multiple attempts to offer me less than a full refund, I finally gave up and took what they offered, which meant that they deducted both the entire original shipping cost plus an additional $7 "postage fee," even though they never sent me anything else and didn't incur any postage costs. They're just greedy crooks and you should avoid them at all cost.

Bought a strap that did not fit or function as expected. Emailed customer service to request the return address. One full week later, they communicate twice daily, probably from outside the US (based on when they email) but have still not provided the address. Their returns require photo and video proof of the return reason. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It was easy to order. However, one item was wrong size watch bands. I needed them to fit 46mm and it only fit up to 41mm.
