Bought 2 straps- milanese band and nylon braided band. Both disappointing quality, esp the braided band. Yes I don't expect them to be of parallel superior quality as big A. but it's rather bad quality material used.

great product. I have the bands in orange, and one in black. fit is excellent with both bands. wears well and does not slide... I dive with my watch... after a month the straps show no deterioration and still look good...I am impressed.

I’ve ordered 6 or 7 watch straps from Astra Straps for my Apple Watch. I love them all, especially the Saepe Elastic Nylon Sports Bands. Easy to attach, look great and reasonably priced! Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware!
Either I or they (I'm not sure which) tripled my order for one Fitbit watch band. Upon receipt, I said I wanted to return two of them. Even though their site indicates easy returns, the response I received was "Return shipping cost would need to be covered by the customer. We would also like to kindly note that if the items are lost during return transit, we would be unable to process a full refund." Their other option was to send me two more bands (remember, I already had two I didn't want) and I would have to pay $15 to get them.
After approximately two weeks of correspondance (since they took days to reply), I am finally receiving a 30% credit off of my order.
My strong recommendation is to never ever order from this company. Amazon is faster, more reliable, with large selections and excellent return policies.

Pissy about returns
The product itself is better quality than a lot of what is available elsewhere (on Amazon, for instance) but not as good as what you get as original equipment or from manufacturer of watch itself. However shipping is slow and they definitely get "pissy" about returns.

Would avoid Astra Straps at all costs.
I wish I checked the reviews before buying - I ordered a watch strap but accidentally ordered it in the wrong size. So I re-ordered one in the correct size, and contacted them to return the first watch. They have since sent 6 emails trying to get me to keep the watch strap that doesn’t fit despite me responding each time saying the only thing i want is a return and refund! It isn’t professional and it has now made me extremely weary of this company & I have filed a dispute. After more research and reading reviews I have found exact items they have for sale on AliExpress and other dropship sites for £4-£7.
