Silicon watch bands
It was easy to order. However, one item was wrong size watch bands. I needed them to fit 46mm and it only fit up to 41mm.

Terrible company that ships the wrong…
Terrible company that ships the wrong item to you and does not honor their policy. They try to make you pay for shipping again to get the correct item after they messed up. Then they try really hard to give me a partial refund instead to keep the item that I don’t want in the first place because that is not what I ordered. I am very frustrated with them and have no desire to play only by their made-up rules if they don’t want to honor their policy even after I sent it to them and pointed out their words. Customer service is terrible. The product itself is cheap quality and totally not worth what you pay. RUN THE OTHER WAY.

Disappoint with a side of wasted time...
While I was initially impressed with the quality of the product, the customer service experience has been unacceptable. Due to unclear compatibility information on the website, I received the wrong strap for my 42mm Apple Watch.
The resolution process took over two weeks and involved inconsistent information from multiple representatives: one offered a full refund, another offered only 30%, and a third attempted to charge me an additional $10 for the 'correct' item. Additionally, after waiting days for responses from their team, I was told my case would be closed if I didn't reply immediately over a weekend. While I have finally received a partial refund (minus shipping), the lack of internal communication and the dismissive nature of the support process mean I will not be a returning customer.

I have already received and requested an RMA for bands that are too short, regardless of the sizing information. An AI search reveals that sizing is an issue with the nylon bands. F on BBB
