Legit and True Sponsor from Streamelement!

Hi, I need some clarification. I did complete the campaign exactly as required — used the widget, the bot, streamed the game, and reached the minimum objectives. I even had 13 installs (though only 12 were counted) and players reached the required levels. Everything was correct, but my campaign was canceled saying I didn’t reach the goals, which is not true. Could you please review this again?

It was great, they don't put pressure on us, we know that we have that about of time to finish the campaign, and we make our own schedule, we are not obligated to make x amount of hours live per day so it was really great

I completed a sponsored campaign with StreamElements and I am still waiting for my payment of $1,965. I have sent multiple emails and opened support tickets, but I only received automated replies and no real response from their team.

This is very unprofessional and frustrating, especially since I have successfully completed previous campaigns and always got paid on time. Now, they are ignoring my messages and withholding my payment without any explanation.

StreamElements should respect their creators and provide proper support. Right now, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I had the opportunity to be part of the Call of Dragos campaign, and it was an incredibly fun, complete, and above all, rewarding experience. When I found out I had been accepted, I was genuinely excited. I was given this amazing opportunity, and I am deeply grateful for it.

For those who are still unsure about giving it a try, I encourage you to go for it. The experience is excellent—the treatment is great, and the information provided is clear and detailed. It honestly exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to being part of more campaigns in the future.

I highly recommend it, and I want to thank StreamElements for making it possible.

I had my first sponsorship with my representative as Rena. She was easy to work with and clear on all my goals and checked in with me to make sure I understood. She was kind and thorough. I felt very clear about my objectives , goals and earning potential. It was very interesting to see how this type of sponsorship works and I would feel confident doing another with her as a lead on the project.

Absolutely the worst donate page in existence. I've been trying to set it up for two months FOR NOTHING. This shitty site doesn't have the simplest setting. You want custom animations? Nuh uh, this site literally shows you middle finger because you have to fiddle with CSS/HTML code where if you change the default code in any way, the donate won't appear, and you'll only hear the donate sound. I don't recommend this garbage.

Wasted a lot of time on a sponsorship to raise money, when it came to paying I supposedly broke ‘terms of service’. Save your time and energy and dont bother.

I’ve been using StreamElements to support my Twitch streams, but unfortunately, I’ve been facing ongoing issues with live hour tracking and tag recognition, even though everything has been set up correctly on my end.

I’ve reached out to support multiple times but haven’t received effective assistance or a proper response. My goal here is not to damage the company’s image, but to raise awareness of a real issue affecting my experience as a content creator.

It’s worth noting that a previous review I posted here was removed, despite being written respectfully. I’m simply asking for attention and transparency from the StreamElements team.

The streaming community relies on reliable tools and responsive support channels. I truly hope this feedback will be taken seriously.

RENA! I've worked with her recently for Roblox and a year ago with Hellofresh, she is quite amazing to work with. She's personable and you can tell she takes the time to give you good responses. Very charismatic and educated girl. I was so happy to see that she still works for StreamElements and hope she continues to flourish with you guys.

I had resisted mobile gaming sponsorships for over four years, but just did my first with a Star Trek Fleet Commander campaign. I submitted a custom rate and so I had to hit higher requirements than normal, which was a little intimidating. However, my community reacted very positively. We found ways to have fun with it, encourage signups and installs, and in the end I had such a great experience that I will likely do another such sponsorship in the future. Also, Rena, my rep, is fantastic and has facilitated sponsorships for me in a way that past StreamElements reps had not, so much so that I had stopped using the service. Thank you Rena!
