Bonjour,

Alors pour commencer, au début, tout se passait bien, c'était un peu soulant à mettre en place mais pas grave c'était la première fois que j'utilisais ce service.

Malheureusement, après une semaine à faire deux lives sur le jeu, me renseigner, apprendre, essayer de lancer le jeu (oui car le jeu était buggé en plus), bah tout était bon j'ai joué 2h avec ma communauté et nous avons accumulée 166$, c'est très bien pour moi et je les remercies, j'avais prévu de faire un "mini-jeu" où mes abonnés seraient tous en compétition pour remporter 25$, mais StreamElements à tout gacher : Refus du paiement le 6 novembre, pour "violation des termes" alors que j'ai tout suivi à la lettre, comme j'ai vu dans l'expérience en dessous, moi aussi je doute qu'ils font ça au petit streamers pour leur voler de l'argent en douce. REMBOURSER sinon je laisse une étoile.

Edit du 11 novembre: J'ai terminé de nouveau un partenariat, et encore une fois annulé pour aucune raison alors que j'ai gagner que 30$ sur celui si, je comprend pas la raison pour laquelle vous avez encore 4/5 étoiles sur Trustpilot...

My community and I participated in their partnership on the game Rise of Kingdom, I have a small community so we only got $83 but it's already nice, unfortunately, they are so rats that they refuse to give me the money for first excuse "Invalid payment information", then after sending 2 emails to support for 2 weeks they finally answered me with "you did not respect the conditions of use" while I followed the slideshow, the rules, etc. to the letter. In short, a scam, if I don't receive my $83 I won't change my rating (I imagine they do that with a good part of the small streamers and keep the money behind our backs)

I always feel very supported and guided whenever I have a campaign for them. This helps me a lot in my content creator job, my manager Rena makes sure all my questions are answered and makes me feel very comfortable during the whole process with suggestions and supportive speeches!

This was my first sponsorship opportunity and the experience was positive, the instructions and guide were clearly laid out for the campaign, and the support members and managers were good at checking in with each step as well and offering help.

Every time I've worked with SE they've given easily followed guidelines and attainable goals for smaller content creators such as myself. They're professional and friendly at the same time and great to work with.

Seriously avoid

I've been with stream elements since they started but their current customer service has forced me to leave. I am a very small streamer.

I have tried two of their sponsorships and been disappointed when nothing has registered on their widget. When I queried this they asked me to estimate how many people reached the goals. When I asked how I should do that, they replied, saying I had not met the criteria. I then sent them the same email for three weeks asking why they had gone from telling me to estimate to not meeting the criteria. I only got a reply when I took it to Twitter and even then they did not answer the question.

So disappointed. Not sure how a once great company has become one of the lowest.

while there were some complications , i did got paid , i also want to add that all the replies from the support were very quick and was very helpful overall

I've done 2 sponsored streams with Stream Elements now (Roblox / Marvel Strike Force) and both have been positive. Matthew did a great job of answering my questions and the dashboard interface makes the entire process seamless. If I ever do have a question I didn't think of, I can count on Matthew to assist. I was really impressed with how easy it was to setup everything within OBS for the stream - StreamElements basically have this finished for you in your Campaign dashboard and you copy/paste into OBS. I also love how your progress towards goals can be tracked in near real-time. In a nutshell, the UI and setup process is hassle free and allows you to focus on your streams still. All and all, I've had 2 successful campaigns with my community and have enjoyed the opportunities!

The setup of a payment gateway for content creation was made much easier due to the support staff at Stream elements. All questions were answered to satisfaction and additional requests were handled with professional speed.
I am relieved to know that if any issues arise in future, the Stream elements will resolve them swiftly.

Had an issue with the tip payout but after reaching out in their Discord, I got a quick reply and solution. Have also been using them since 2020 now (so 4 years) and have nothing but good things to say

I have used Streamelements for multiple sponsorships over the years, and have had zero issues! Rena has been incredibly helpful with any questions I have, and very punctual. I have been picking up more sponsorships recently more than ever.

I’ve really been enjoying using stream elements. They make the guide to do sponsorships easy to follow and set up. I recently did a sponsorship for Raid Shadow Legends and enjoyed every bit of it. When I had difficulties with one of the goals, stream elements support easily helped to fix it for me. I recommend using them!

Rena reached out to me about doing a Raid: Shadow Legends paid sponsorship that included both a fair base fee to be paid for completion as well as commission for getting people to complete certain game levels. Everything has been very clear from the beginning what the expectations are, and that payment will be sent a month after completion of the sponsorship. What I love about StreamElements sponsorships is that they really make everything interactive for the viewers with super cool graphics to put on stream to incentivize viewers to play the games. I find it fun, and my viewers like to see that I'm playing different games and they like supporting me by completing different game levels. It's a win-win-win all around!

I have always had an easy go when working with Streamelements and have never had any problems being paid or receiving help from their agents.

I am working with them currently and will continue to work with them in the future, highly recommend!

Working with Tom Kelly has been an amazing experience and opened multiple doors for a small creator like myself. Averaging 50-100 viewers and attempting to transition to Full-Time Content Creation, Tom is always a huge help in faciliatating partnerships that help develop my community more.

Tom always has my best interests at heart with game choices and sponsorships relevant to me, and is ALWAYS available to respond to any questions or concerns I have. He even helped correct a customer service issue I had after one of my partnerships ended!

I'm extremely thankful for Tom and the team at SE and I'm glad we can continue to grow together

The guys over at StreamElements were super helpful! My handler (Rena) was awesome with not only response time on DMs, but also helped out with a problem I had with the SE backend not updating my milestones.

Love SE, and cant wait to be locked in with them again!

I've worked with them on sponsorships and the ones's I've done have been good, but fell more can be done. There's still not enough sponsorships offered with a base rate. But overall good experience and recommend them
