We've used Latasha from Streathers in Hampstead several times to arrange property transactions and she's been absolutely fantastic. Extremely efficient and organised, and has given us plenty of good advice and helped us navigate the complexities of buying and selling property. Highly recommended.

Throughout the process of selling the house, I have been impressed with the sheer professionalism of Streathers. Never stuffy or boring, this Practice is also filled with people who are enjoyable to work with. Sam Smith was excellent at explaining - in plain English - the role of solicitors in the legal process and what exactly is required from sellers. And Victoria Kernahan, who dealt with the formalities, not only proved super-efficient at dealing with the legal stuff and excellent at chasing our buyer's tardy solicitors, but also has a keen sense of humour. Which meant that having to phone (or email) our solicitor was never a chore - or a bore. Today, as I raise a glass to completion, I salute Streathers and thank Sam and Victoria for their hard work!

This transaction was more complicated than expected due to additional work needed to extend the lease, however Luke and team dealt with everything quickly and effectively keeping us informed throughout. Luke is highly experienced, is very easy to work with and is always available for discussion (was not behind layers of junior/admin staff which you can often find in larger organisations). Good use of systems/apps for security checks. Overall we were delighted with the service we received; Streathers offers excellent value for money so would use again.
