Chris at Strong Home was amazing. I had been trapped into using a local person who might have as well been across the world. But Chris gave me such great service that I was able to work through things with him and will be a lifelong customer. He was easy to trust and might as well been local. He was always available and had my back through the entire process.

everything was fine except for the underwriter nitpicking. From the beginning collect all assets if possible so as to not create a storm on every transaction. Even send wire instructions for down payent from day 1. will save everyone a lot of headache. if the person doesn't trust the attorney to reutnr the money then dump them as a client or else check that their 2.5 trillion market cap employer is not giving them drug money
