He is quick to respond, knows everything there is to know (and finds answers for what he doesn't), makes YOU his priority, and does everything in his power to get you lower prices. An absolute work-horse and very kind and approachable at that. He puts in a ton of effort and puts up with all my 1000s of questions patiently.
