This platinum Studio in E3 3YD. Is a scam.
They advertised for a free photo shoot, they called me several times to confirm it was free and they were ready to connect me to modelling agencies. After the rubbish photo shoot. The male manager forced me to pay £200. After collecting the money, he gave me a paper to sign that i will not be able to get a refund. They never discussed money with me before then at all. I asked them how much and the lady that was constantly calling me told me it was free. The company is seriously into fraud and something has to be done about it. They have to refund my £200 they collected from me forcefully.
The place is rubbish and they are into scamming. Period. .

I actually came for a photo shoot with the view of posting and for modelling. The problem i have with you is not the pictures but money issue.
You never told me anywhere that i will pay a dime. I asked the lady how much was the photo shoot before I left my house the previous day and she told me it was free.
Even when I was in your office for the photo, no one mentioned money.
Until you called me into an office, you closed the door behind everyone and demanded me to bring out my card for 350£. I was shocked.
And I was scared, you eventually agreed to collect 200£ and you forced me to sign forms for no refund. I had no choice but to sign. I was not happy but I couldn't help myself too.
You told me I should not talk to anyone in the studio about the payment. You took me out by yourself by opening the door for me to leave.

I can never come here to lie for any reason. Everything i said is true.

Why did you not disclose the money issue before the photo shoot.
I never said I didn't download the pictures . I paid for transport and you stressed me to pay £200, why will I not post the pictures. They are mine.
I am only here to warn others of not falling into the same trap like me. Simple

Photographer was great and made us feel very confident and comfortable. Staff was friendly and created a happy and chilled atmosphere. Staff was also very helpful when it came to filling forms out and made sure everyone was okay and knew what to write amd if we needed help it was always there .

This agency is a scam. First of all no real agency will ask you to pay for a portfolio or anything related to it. Yk this especially because in the email they send you everything is apparently complimentary however when your shoot is done and they take you too the office they end up charging you. It varies for each person for me they tried charging more than others that have been because I’m underage and they tried taking advantage. The manager seemed very rude and arrogant, me and my friend could sense something strange from him, completely wasted my time after I ended up declining the package because my friend told me it was a scam. Come back home and done some research they have scammed a lot of other people under multiple business names and taken their money without providing anything they promised in the package and then used the stuff to promote the scamming business. The only thing good you’ll recieve out of this is your pictures but even then you shouldn’t have to be paying 400-2000 pounds for a portfolio. It’s 100% a scam stay cautious

The experience was exceptionally good, the staff were friendly from the receptionist to the very experienced hard working photographer who made me so relaxed, it felt like I had known her for ages. Everyone was just so welcoming.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so welcome and at ease.
This was only the second time of doing a test shoot for me and because of how welcoming all the staff were I had no nerves at all.

What an amazing experience yesterday with these folks. From the moment I walked in the door until I was escorted to the door after the photo session it was incredible. I have never done anything like this before and I didn’t know what to expect, but I was put at easy right from the start. I am blown away with the service and the follow up has been souperboo. Hi i had a photo shoot in platinum models it was my 1st photo shoot when i left i was so excited and that excitement was 5 times better wonderful beyond my excitement. It was very very warm welcome from their staff and photographer she was amazing excellent i was well impress from her to take my all photos. I am very delighted to say they are 100% excellent people. Please ignore all the 5 star reviews there all fake the staff were unprofessional uninterested and tried to pressure me into buying my pictures that I was told would be free and a very unprofessional looking studio told me not to take pictures or videos of myself or anything in the building.took pictures of me maybe for 2 minutes total had me wait before after & in between for about 4 and a half hours had very little space cramped ten or so people into a room. Extremely slow paced had me change into 3 outfits to spend maybe 30 seconds on each. Showed me my portfolio over complimented me told me there was an “agency” that wanted me didn’t tell me name of the agency made me a website with my pictures and name on it pretty much then told me if I want my portfolio I’d have to choose a package ranging from £1000 to £300 when I was told (and emailed) that this would be a collaborative shoot I said that they ignored me tried to pressure me to buy today or they’d have to delete my pictures tried to get me to call in my mum to talk about prices then tried to go with me outside to see her I had to make an excuse to leave 100% a scam looks very legitimate on the internet tho

If you are invited to the Lock Studio Corsican Square, it’s a scam! I’ve seen good reviews on this page for Platinum Models, but they don’t relate to this address, the scam one also on trust pilot under Buniquestudio, which is registered at the Corsican Square address, not Platinum Models!

How it started….my partner got in contact with them after finding them on google! They responded straight away to his application and invited him down for a test shoot to their address: Lock Studio, Unit G.06, 7 Corsican Square, London, E3 3YD the next day! He was asked to bring 3 outfits. We waited with around 10 other people squashed into their waiting room opposite the camera studio, so no one had any privacy at all. No one was being directed how to pose. Staff were disinterested.

Our appointment was at 2.45, my partner didn’t get called up for over an hour an a half, which gave me plenty of time to look at reviews! Clever thing is they operate under the title of platinum models London, but they aren’t that group!

After your photos, you wait another couple of hours to be called into an office where people were in there for up your an hour being sold their photos! Something felt off while we were waiting to go into the “interview” where they would tell you if you had potential!

Thankfully we didn’t fall for it and left before we wasted any more time!

We have since been sent a website link to view his photos however we have to buy them at £25 per photo or become a member for £499! RUN DONT WALK!

Please don’t be fooled.
