Life Long Learner!…
I have always been a 'life long learner' both online and face to face. I was delighted to find that the Study Hub offered online courses for Activities Co-ordinators and once I'd read the course content, I immediately booked it! I have thoroughly enjoyed the course, which I achieved over a few days, whenever I had a spare minute. I learned a lot from the course and am hoping to put it into practice in the near future. Purchased the prime membership, the website indicates instant access, however it doesn't state anywhere that it can take 24 hours to activate.
Spoke with Oliver who was very helpful in activating my membership.
Would suggest including some instructions within the order confirmation to prevent others having confusion such as this.
