Exceeds my expectstions
The first Viva 20 wine cooler I received was damaged in transit and I reported this to customer services. They supplied a replacement which is superb. It is quiet, chills very quickly and actually exceeds my expectations after what had been a disappointing start.
Firms relying on couriers will always be slight hostages of fortune as my first cooler came in a box that had been badly mishandled. The way the problem was dealt with and the quality of the replacement product deserves a 5 star review.

From making my order to the delivery of my beer fridge, the process was easy and efficient. I was kept informed of the progress at regular intervals and also had a courtesy call 1 hour prior to delivery. Would definitely recommend!

Fridge delivered on time. It had taken a slight knock in transit. Just cosmetic, and pretty hidden. Contacted Subcold who came back to me with the perfect solution straight away. Great service. And fridge works great

Seems a very good unit
Seems a very good unit. I had to change the door around which wasn’t too hard to do but the cover for the holes the side the door came off doesn’t sit flush on that side. Otherwise working well and my beers and wine kept lovely and cold now.
Please note champagne and Prosecco bottles don’t fit on the wine rack on the top as the door doesn’t close but they fit on the flat rack and further down ok.

Ordered 4 mini silent fridges for our…
Ordered 4 mini silent fridges for our Guesthouse. The order was shipped and delivered quickly.
The fridges themselves are nice, however they are fan cooled fridges, so the word silent is doing a lot of heavy lifting. They are at best, quiet at the warmest temperature. Turn the fridge to the coolest setting and the volume does increase quite considerably.
Nice, but not silent.

The cooler looks good and works well…
The cooler looks good and works well except the little buzzing noise (not the working sound) from time to time. Also should have some rubber pads or wheels on the base.
The door are not reversible.

I ordered, I even gave additional instructions for delivery. I was not contacted by any courier or customer service and the order was cancelled by the seller. How about an explanation?

As made clear in the email communications with you, the carrier was unfortunately unable to locate the delivery address provided. Due to this, the shipment could not be completed and the order was returned to us by the carrier.
As the carrier could not successfully locate or access the delivery address, the order was automatically cancelled and fully refunded

Beer Cooler
Purchased as a gift for our son who's moving to his own home. It was ordered on Sunday, and delivered on Tuesday.
It arrived very well packed.
Once unpacked, it was briefly plugged in to test. It looks very smart - very pleased with the purchase.
