Very pleased with the wine cooler from Subcold. Works much better than the Morphy Richards one it replaced. Quieter and gets to a lower temperature.

Good service, lovely product.
Looked at reviews for a drinks fridge, and Subcold came out on top. Good choice of sizes, and good price. The discount offer didn't work, do I sent a message. Had a very quick response with a code, I was very impressed with the speed of the response. Goods arrived quickly, and all working well, and it looks great.

Ace 100 beer fridge not cooling after less than 14 months
I bought an Ace100 beer fridge from Subcold March 25 and it has now stopped working just out of the warranty. Light and fan working but it doesn't cool down anymore. Only contacted them last night so still waiting for a response, I do expect a fridge to last longer than 14 months though.
I have a Husky mini fridge that still works after 15 years.
Hopefully they will have a resolution for me when they contact me next week.
Edit, thanks for the reply, I too expect it to last longer, as before your customer service is good, hopefully this will sort the problem out and get my beer cold again.

From the symptoms you’ve described — with the light and fan still working but no cooling — it does sound like it could possibly be related to the overload protector or compressor system. We’ll do our best to help resolve this for you.

Ordered, confirmation of order and then quick response for the delivery drivers, and only took 6 days from start to finish. The product itself is perfect for what I was looking for, as I wanted to have a mix of wine bottles, lager bottle and Guinness cans, and also some mixers. I took out one of the shelfs to make the space suitable for cans and bottles, and still feels like lots of space, very deep and bonus you can change the door to whatever side you wish.

We understand how frustrating that can be; some compressor noise can be normal during operation, especially during start-up. Ensure the fridge is level and add footpads if the sound is reverberating

Perfect for transporting medicines.
Arrived in good time and as expected. It’s only 4 litre so not big but, good for what we needed. I used it for keeping medicine cold whilst travelling and keeping it cold in hotel rooms with no refrigerator. It has mains plug & USB so can be run in the car or from a power bank which we purchased that kept it running for 24hrs while we were out for the day.
