This company is an absolute scam designed to take more money from you for a product that does not even work. After purchasing, they tried to force me into a 3-month trial period. Since then, they have been repeatedly charging my card with different hidden fees each time.I am not a member, nor did I sign up for a subscription, but customer support completely refuses to listen. They continuously push you to keep the service instead of helping. Even though they explicitly advertise a "customer satisfaction or money back guarantee," they refuse to honor it.Their customer service is completely useless, and they do not care about their consumers. I ultimately had to contact my bank directly to dispute the fraudulent charges and block their services. Stay far away from this company!

This company is a scam!!!!! They will steady charge your card without your permission. They have been taking money off my card without my authorization. They are a bunch of crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS. Do not give them your bank information!!!! I will file a complaint with my bank!!!!!!!!

I signed up for a 1 time trial. Then I see they said I requested recurring deliveries. This is theft by deception and your company is not using fair practices. I have written you and I received a blanket response. Just cancel as I asked.

I don’t appreciate bait-and-switch pricing presented as an “introductory offer.” If the product is promoted on social media as a good value, the automatic subscription and recurring charges should be made clear upfront. Customers should have a straightforward choice to purchase once or subscribe—not feel pressured or forced to remain enrolled.

It’s July, I’ve wrote emails and voicemails about canceling my subscription and I’m still being charged!!!!!! Now I have to inconvenience myself and be without a debit card just so I can dispute these charges!!!!this company sucks!!! Do yourself a favor and order products on Amazon instead!

If I could put zero stars I would. Don’t buy product unless you want to unwillingly be signed up for monthly payments and it’s not the same amount as first purchase ITS MORE!! they are horrible to try and get in contact with, won’t let you return anything or refund you. They also stated I was taken off and wouldn’t be charged or dealt with anymore and a month later I was still charged again. ive been trying to reach out since and haven’t been helped at all. I’ve reported to the fraud agency and BBB plus getting police involved because this seems to be a reoccurring problem for people and it needs to be stopped

Products work okay, DO NOT GET ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES A MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD EVEN AFTER YOU WRITE SEVERAL EMAILS TO CANCEL. AVOID SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Read the fine print. They lock you into a 90 day subscription. Buyer beware. Found them on FB and though they seem like repeatable company it is an overseas company likely with no regulations.

SugarBabyCare entity has a poor business practice for "manipulating" customer bank account without actually subscribing the interval shipped orders. It owes me sixty-nine dollars and ninety-six cents after I returned unrequested batch of orders twice.

I’ve been using this company for about a year now. The products are great. I’ve had my product come & the pump was broken. I called them & the customer service was awesome! They worked with me & replaced my products that were defective.

This product broke me out and I can’t use it. Don’t buy it they force you to continue buying the product. Customer service is horrible.

If I could give no stars I would. These people are scammers,I made a one time purchase and see where they attempted to charge my card but lucky for me the card was locked so it declined. After calling them to find out why they attempted to charge my card because I didn’t subscribe to anything,they told me that I got a promotional discount on my first order and that’s when I was tied into a subscription,I read everything and there was nothing that said I subscribed. The turmeric face wash I had ordered gave me a bad reaction,each time I use it my face would itch and I end up with pimples,the customer service agent was being rude speaking over me,no respect and saying I should send pictures of bad reaction to my skin. I disconnected the line and call my bank and they said they see where I was on a subscription for three months from their end too. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau if they attempt to charge me to something I didn’t consent to. They stopped answering my calls.

I will never in my life order this bs again. Randomly put mfs on a membership and act like they can’t cancel it would give a zero if I could

I did not like the product whatsoever I have tried for months to cancel the subscription. If you do not want to be charged more than once then I would suggest to not purchase this product at all .

They FORCE you into a subscription.. a one time purchase is not optional. I will be disputing charges with my bank. Don’t see a change after a month of use too.

If I could NOT leave one star to comment I would! I e contacted this co several times to cancel…they continue to tske money out of my account! Who the hell is going to subscribe to ongoing stuff…not knowing if it works or not. The lady told me she could put it on hold But couldn’t cancel! This is a BULLSHIT company! Do not buy!!!!

Poor customer service, refuses to cancel subscription. They never answer calls. Unable to remove old cards from account so they can multiple options to bill you.

Canceling a membership that I didn’t need has been 3 months in the making. I’ve sent emails, left messages on their voicemail. Nobody answers that phone! They don’t even email back! However my rights are still being violated as they charge my card. I have notified the bank as well. When I read the comments about an automatic enrollment and hard process to cancel it I should have believed it. The turmeric turns your skin orange and nails. I gave it a good try but it’s not for my skin. However I discourage anybody to purchase if you have to subscribe to the membership. I really believe them not canceling people membership is done on purposely for profit.

If I had the option I would have given this review no stars! Not only was I not aware that I would be tied to a subscription back In march here we are about to step into July and this merchant continuously charge my card and still have not shipped out the product from march order not to mention I’ve been requesting a refund and to be removed from their subscription since April…Could you believe today 5 day shy of July they are still charging my card this is ridiculous some of us value every dollar we have and our money is set for set purposes I’m feeling like this is not only a scam but a robbery I’ve tried calling and it seems like my number is being screened or something sugar baby care just refund a girl her money please 🙏🏽

These people are complete scammers! I made a one time purchase then the next month I was charged again and told I was on a subscription where I had to order for 3 months before I was able to cancel. Month 3, same day the order was placed I sent an email asking for them to cancel my subscription. They replied and ask why I wanted to cancel and I told them don't ask me why just cancel it. They haven't responded since. I have seen on Facebook where there are TONS of people complaining about the same thing and some saying they had to go as far as getting new cards in order for them to stop the payments. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I am one that will gladly spend money and rebuy from a good company. But to lock someone into something and force them to remain customers is crazy. This company should not be in business. Going to stick with my BOB from here on out!
