Suggestions: I know business is money, but I'd be more inclined to spend money if I was helped with bugs in the system for free. :)

We hired W-Systems in early 2017 to provide development and maintenance support for our on-site instance of SugarCRM Enterprise - both the application and the infrastructure. They were brought in to replace previous partners who implemented our highly customized system, so naturally one of our initial concerns was how fast the W-System team could learn our system and be ready to support us. I am happy to report that the dev team did a great job in reverse-engineering the bulk of our code in a relatively short period of time, thanks to both the PM and the dev lead who worked closely with me to understand all custom functionalities. Since then, the team has helped us through two upgrades and numerous enhancements, all of which have gone relatively smoothly. In addition to the ongoing work, the account relationship manager periodically brings up new ideas to further enhance our user experience which we completely appreciate.

At this time, I have personally been working successfully with W-Systems team for 2 years and would recommend them to other companies without hesitation.

W-Systems have been very courteous and professional, I just haven't found that they provide much value to me. I have been developing in Sugar for over 7 years so I have found that my knowledge level of the product is right up there inline with any of the W-Systems staff. There just isn't much help they can provide to me that I'm not already aware of myself.
