W-Systems is a long-standing partner of SugarCRM. From my personal interactions with the marketing team, I have always found them highly professional and a pleasure to work with. They really care about the marketing content that they produce and making the solutions fit customer's needs. I would definitely recommend working with them.

The W-Systems Corp (formally Ticomix) staff have been resourceful and patient with University of Maryland / MAX as we tailored our Sugar-on-Demand CRM system to meet the needs of the department. The staff, specifically Matt Cooke and Kevin Reichley, are very knowledgeable and have made this seemingly mammoth of a task manageable.

W-Systems has been professional and responsive to all my SugarCRM needs. We have many customizations to our SugarCRM and W-Systems has the expertise to handle any issues that may arise.

The W-Systems team definitively knows it's trade. They're very keen on identifying any key aspect that can be improved. They show an exceptional eye in understanding the customer needs and helping them build the strategy from the ground up. A great group of professionals.

Our team, Kevin and Matt, have been absolutely exceptional. We are at the beginning stages with our CRM deployment and our account team has been very patient, informative and has given us the motivation to stay on track with bi-weekly meetings. Kevin and Matt couldn't be nicer and we appreciate everything that they do for us.

My company has used wMobile for over five years and it's a great sales tool for Outside Sales. wMobile Support has been excellent when we've needed help. I especially appreciate the diligence of the Support and Development Teams in finding fixes. They have shown incredible commitment to making sure wMobile works well - even if only one of our users was affected by an issue.

The staff is knowledgeable and great to work with. The software works well and is stable and reliable.

We are a small business and use the basic features of Goldmine. My rating is based on the support we get when needed.

To date our experience with the W-systems team has been solid. All staff from sales, project manager, leadership, and engineering have been knowledgeable, accessible, and spent time to understand our business needs. Have gone through CRM selection, development, and deployment once before this process with W-Systems has been more cost effective and faster. My only suggestion, improve the sales to project management hand off. Happy to provide additional color if needed. Again, would choose W-systems again.

Mark did a great job upgrading our Goldmine. He was knowledgeable, quick and efficient while still being careful. He was proactive suggesting ways to clean up our install.

Great Service, always there if you need them.

Lynn (Support) and Andrei (Development) and their entire team have been awesome to work with! These guys KNOW Goldmine and continue to improve their product for our 300 users.

I'm giving this an average review, as my experience with UpCurve/W-Systems has been good overall, but lately, there's been a lot of miscommunication/no-communication and big delays with the fixes in our instance that's causing problems in our environment. I'm hoping this changes in the near future.

Our company has used W-Systems for about a year now for customization of our SugarCRM Cloud environment. It's been a pleasure working with a group of developers that get the job done right the first time. From the Director of Sales to the Ops Manager to the programmers... all our first class.
