Have used Sunday Times wines when we joined to by 5 dozen bottle of Yugoslav wine a long time ago - have continued ever since , always good value for money and excellent service.

What makes this opinion is the service…
What makes this opinion is the service from Christina coupled with the normal local delivery. It goes without saying that the "product" is assured but the whole structure depends on the care and attention provided by the advisor and in Christina we have a gem. Never pushy and always trying to satisfy and "educate" We are very happy!

The wine is nice but the ‘delivery’ if…
The wine is nice but the ‘delivery’ if it was not ‘delivery’ , it was DUMPING! Thr delivery person from INPOST dumped a 12 bottle case outside my front door ,knocked on my front door, and left virtually immediately without seeing me! I am an old person with poor mobility. I cannot lift a 12 bottle case of wine. I hurt my back and groin opening the cardboard case, getting the wine out one bottle at a time and taking it, one bottle at a time to my storage location. In all honesty it took me around an hour to complete the task ( which was strenuous and unpleasant for me).
This kind of ‘delivery performance’ will definitely detract from your ability to sell wine to older customers.
I am only filling in this ‘review’ because I have received repeat e- mails to do so.

Always friendly and welcoming
Always friendly and welcoming, my 'helper' (because that really IS what he is) is ready with information at his fingertips, knows about the offers available, has my previous orders to hand where he can check what appears to have suited my purchasing needs. I do feel 'looked after' and find that although I don't buy the most expensive wines, this is not the issue for the club, yet I receive service 'at the top' from people who appear to pride themselves on providing just that.
