Always friendly and welcoming
Always friendly and welcoming, my 'helper' (because that really IS what he is) is ready with information at his fingertips, knows about the offers available, has my previous orders to hand where he can check what appears to have suited my purchasing needs. I do feel 'looked after' and find that although I don't buy the most expensive wines, this is not the issue for the club, yet I receive service 'at the top' from people who appear to pride themselves on providing just that.

Best wine club by far
I have been a member of several wine clubs over the years, the Times Wine Club is the best. Having the best selection, best prices and swift delivery. Having a dedicated contact and advisor completes the package. Oh and swift delivery teally helps.
