I love the staff, the selection and presentation is good. I hate your pricing system and in particular the way you sometimes offer a percentage discount but it’s only off the high price per bottle! It makes the experience feel like an Corporate Accountants Vision and indeed a scam. Your wine tasting events are poor. You should know your customer better and target the high bottle price customers with targeted events. You used to have an excellent French guy, Tom running SUMMERTOWN Oxford. He had our wine groups attention. He had the vision. Sadly I now mostly go for the deals on £20-25 bottles when I get a voucher.

Birkdale store
We went to birkdale store to organise a party order only to be told that they did not deliver ice with the ice buckets. What a waste of time. The web site clearly says that you can order all your party needs in one shop. Not true.
Not sure what to add to this review other than we had a wasted journey and not impressed that the party offer on your website is incorrect

Majestic by name and by service
I've bought wines from the Richmond Majestic for several years. The selection is always good and the staff always friendly. They often carry the crate to my car parked outside - most helpful as I age steadily! The range of wines alone is worth the visit.

Why go anywhere else?
We now buy all of our wine from Majestic in Beckenham. The main reason for this is the people who work there. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help us select wines. Knowing we can bring it back if we don’t like it makes trying new wines so much easier and pricing is good. A special mention for Polly and Jonathan, who are exceptional but the whole team are wonderful.

Majestic stores…great staff, good quality.
The staff in all the Majestic stores I’ve ever used are excellent, knowledgeable and welcoming.
The special offers often aren’t. It feels like prices are raised in order to offer something off. While that may be inaccurate, they’re rarely special in terms of the market you’re in.
