I am a Lewes store user normally but that has been a bit of a 'car crash' this summer so I am looking forward to getting back there rather than Brighton or Tenterden!
But the wine choice is great, service friendly and helpful and I love the whole process.

Ilkley staff are great and full of knowledge. The store layout, and stock levels make each visit worthwhile.

I had the same wine order fail to be delivered twice. The first time it was cancelled and reordered. That one then failed and I received no delivery information. Chasing a refund. Incompetent.

Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, that go above and beyond to help...even carry my purchases to my car. Great choice of wines at exceptionally good prices. And, best of all one gets to try a glass of wine whilst shopping.

The staff there, Sam ( in charge), Roland, Pete, the much missed Issie, are the living embodiment of your firm. They are friendly and fun to chat to about wine or life in general.
They are all knowledgeable about your products but more importantly about what I like. So suggestions are always taken up… tasting counter tried, and I give honest feedback on the next visit if something is not to my taste (very rare event )
Last week Sam suggested a Cote D’Or appellation white. Bit pricey I thought at £21.50 but she has never let me down yet so I made up a mixed case. I was back yesterday to buy a case

We’ve been visiting the Tunbridge Wells branch for a while now and always have a pleasant experience. The manager always recognises and greets us when we walk in, which is a nice personal touch.

We regularly make good use of the tasting table and really enjoy attending their tasting events. In terms of the selection, the Parcel Series is a particular highlight for us, it consistently offers good quality wine at very reasonable value.

A reliable, friendly local spot for picking up good wine.

I only buy my wine from Majestics and have been doing so since 1993 when I lived in Shepherds Bush …. As well as for personal use, during that time I have run quiz nights, race nights and other such ‘fund raising’ events where Majestics have come into their own by supplying glasses, ice, tubs for cooling the wine, etc. Personally I reckon this speaks volumes for their service, pricing, selection of wine and refreshing of choice.

I make monthly visits to Majestic Perth and am always impressed by the knowledgeable support willingly available from the staff.

I shop in Summertown, N.Oxford and run a commercial account there too. The staff in the shop are brilliant. Helpful, expert and very friendly. The wine I buy is generally very good and you do well to maintain a few regular items at reasonable prices.

Your people are just true experts, the team always have time to share their knowledge and match my tastes with great wine.

Recently shopped at Henley-on-Thames branch, as always a great experience. Steve is amazing, a great asset for Majestic Wine. He is always so friendly, welcoming & so knowledgeable, & the reason we always go to this branch! Steve will always advise to meet your budget, have had some fabulous wine recommendations, & not too pricey.

Went to Leamington to drop some perfect draft kegs off, the customer service was brilliant and she was so friendly! Good selection of drinks, was the first but definitely not the last time visiting
