Great service. Very friendly, helpful and obliging, and actually followed through with what was discussed and agreed. How unusual is that nowadays?? That’s why I’ve been a member for more years than I can remember. Oh, and the wine is great too!

A satisfied customer
Wine consultant was knowledgeable and helpful. The selection was very good.
Delivery was very quick by the courier. This however gave me no time to reschedule the delivery as was only informed about 4 hours beforehand. I asked in reply to the notification to leave it with a neighbours. When I returned home it had been left at the rear of my property. Other than this slight problem overall am pleased with the service and quality of the wine

The fruits of a long association
Been with the Sunday Times Wine club for some time now, but no longer on the regular deliveries plan. The wine tends to be very good indeed and it puts you off the supermarket lucky dip. Prices have gone up though, so we wait for the special offers and dive in then. The quality, delivery times and backup are very good and we hope to continue with an excellent service with many options.
