Getting steady results so far. Avoiding fatty foods that can produce unexpected diarrhea and also staying hydrated. Very satisfied with follow up and ability to ask questions. Only setback was the way to measure the dosage in the syringe wasn’t completely clear so I texted for clarification. Got the answer next day.

They have great communication about what to do, and they keep up with your progress and check in occasionally. It was all pretty quick and painless.

From my first encounter with Sunlight, I have had nothing but excellent care. Sunlight has been responsive, and professional. My wife and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience so far, and we are both seeing results!

I would strongly caution others before doing business with Sunlight. You will not lose weight and your credit card will be charged without you ordering their product.

On October 11, 2026, at 9:18 AM, a Sunlight representative, F. C., stated in writing: "We will not charge your card or place another tirzepatide prescription/order unless and until you explicitly confirm you want to proceed."

I never provided authorization or explicit confirmation. Despite that written assurance, my credit card was charged approximately nine hours later at 6:53 PM for $747. When I immediately disputed the charge and requested a refund, the company refused, even though less than 24 hours had passed since the charge was made.

In addition to the billing issue, the treatment was ineffective for me. After three months on tirzepatide, including a 15 mg dose, I did not lose any weight.

My concern is not simply that the product did not work for me, as results vary from person to person. My primary concern is that I was charged after being explicitly told that no charge would occur without my confirmation. Consumers should carefully review all communications and policies before providing payment information.

SUNLIGHT IS A SCAM. THEY ROPE YOU IN WITH A CHEAPER PRICE THEN CHARGE YOU A HIGHER PRICE WITH NO WARNING. THEY ALSO CLAIM THAT A DOCTOR LOOKS OVER YOUR “NEW” CHART EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T SUBMIT ANYTHING. THEY ALSO OFFER YOU AFTER BECAUSE THEY DONT REFUND, TO LOWER YOU BACK TO $250/MO, WITH A CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATING THAT IS YOUR PRICE, AND THEN “ACCIDENTALLY” CHARGE $389 AGAIN AND CANT REFUND AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DONT BUY FROM THEM. WE HAVE REPORTED THEN TO OUR BANK AND NOW THE BBB. NEXT WILL BE THE MEDICAL BOARD. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR MY HUSBAND MOST RECENTLY AND MYSELF.

Sunlight was a new company for me. I had never heard of them before but so far I am glad I gave them a try. Every concern I have brought up has been answered promptly. I’m losing weight at a sustainable amount. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is a miscommunication about charges for the nausea medication.

The shots have helped me lose weight that I was having such difficulty with. I wish it cost a little less because I am on a fixed income. Hopefully to maintain my weight with the shots the price will go down.

This company is hard to trust and wouldn’t recommend….

I paid for 6 months and o did lose weight. That’s not the problem …. Tirzepatide truly works! So use it to lose weight, yes!! But find a company who guarantees NOT to continue charging your credit card be use this company is terrible and are very dishonest!

I told them I didn’t want to continue taking it and guess what? They charged my card and got a lot more than it was worth! I fought them on it but because their hidden small print says if you a deer the ‘how are you’ questionnaire at the end of each month, that means they will charge your card; even if they don’t have a cancellation form nor policy bc it’s a month to month, after they charge you FULL PRICE from the very start…

I would never ever recommend this company!

I signed up with Sunlight and it went well until my 5th month. The medication came HOT from UPS and I could not use it. I could not get a refund nor get it refilled. It wasn't there fault, it was the pharmacy, wasn't the pharmacy so I guess it was my fault. Never heard back from them on this issue to resolve. I am so disappointed because they started out good. If you want to throw away $250+ dollars feel free to use Sunlight.

Customer service and communication is great
The GLP1 is not as effective as Ozempic was as my weight loss is a lot slower but it is still happening

In 2 months I've been on GLP-1 and lost 10 lbs which I look and feel better. Can't wait to continue with this product.

It has been super easy to get the meds, and the shipping was fast.
