Loosing weight and my clothes fitting well
With no side effects at all

It was fast and team was responsive however, my cost and order clarification was horrible. I stated clearly in the prescription I wanted to stay on 2.5mg. I was not able to even confirm my order. It was sent and I was charged over $600 and I’m only going to be using the first month because the other 2 months are at higher dosages which is what I did not want due to increased side effects. To make it worse I contacted customer service for at least a refund of the 2 months I can’t use and they said no. I also asked if I could at least have 2.5mg sent to me free of charge since I did pay for 3 months and they also said no. RIP OFF. I paid over $600 for a 3 month bundle and I can only use 1 month of it.

I want to share my experience with Sunlight because I know there are a lot of people right now trying to navigate the ever-growing GLP-1 market.

I had previously been using compounded semaglutide through another company that charged a monthly subscription fee in addition to the medication cost. As the GLP-1 market exploded, I started looking for a more cost-effective option—but I wasn’t willing to compromise on safety, reliability, quality, or communication.

I feel like I researched EVERY option available. Social media seemed to bombard me with ad after ad, and when I started reading reviews, I became suspicious that some were fake.

I initially ordered six months of compounded semaglutide. The application process was straightforward, communication was clear and prompt, and I received notification when I was approved and when my medication shipped, along with tracking information. I also appreciated that Sunlight shipped the first three months and required a check-in before sending the second three months.

That check-in was another positive experience. Communication with the physician was clear and personal. I requested a dose adjustment for maintenance, and my physician listened to my feedback, supported the adjustment, and responded with a personalized message.

My second three-month shipment has now arrived, completing my second six-month order with Sunlight.

After doing what felt like an exhaustive amount of research, I’m very comfortable saying I made the right choice.

For anyone else shopping around for a GLP-1 provider and trying to separate legitimate options from the endless stream of advertising, I can honestly say my experience with Sunlight has been excellent.

I feel I have made great progress on the medication, slow and steady. Company has been prompt with communication and getting orders out.

This company is a total scam… after inquiring about their GLP-1 meds, they charged our credit card $435, it was declined by our bank, they tried again $435, declined again. Of course we put through a dispute because we never completed the order. We called, they couldn’t find an account (because we didn’t have one) they said they would cancel contact…2 days later they charged us $149, again I disputed it. Then we got an email from UPS saying there’s a delivery tomorrow from CASA PHARMA RX! We are in the process of trying to intercept the package we didn’t order or want or pay for. After several phone calls they still tried to charge us $50 for filing out the questionnaire! I told them we didn’t have an account…and I would not pay a dime. I have reported them to BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. Beware!

My doctor insisted that I needed a GLP-1 to control my diabetes. My insurance copay was going to be $230/mo and I didn't qualify for assistance. Then I found Sunlight! I was worried, at first, that it might be very impersonal, but everyone has been so attentive and the doctor who contacted me answered my email with a four-paragraph response, detailing everything! I love Sunlight so far! Highly recommend!

I ordered Compunded Semaglutide at 149.00 a month and they added without my consent an additional Trizepitide injection at an addional cost. I called them and they stated that a refund will not be applied. I directed them to a resolve of appling the overcharge to my next billing of Compounded Semaglutide after they canceled the additional Trizepitide oder and Sunlight stated they will not. I ask to speak with the upper management and was told they were to busy. I canceled my complete account.
